Lets look at what ea focused on by the years in fifa: Fifa 17 : focused on a new engine with frostbite , and made a new story mode Fifa 18: focused ona better looking grass Fifa 19: focused on new licenses like the champions league. Fifa 20: focused on a new game mode which is volta Fifa 21: focused on ultimate team and made new features in career mode Fifa 22: well , a new improved career mode cinematics and ultimate team new features.. I hope fifa 23 focuses on transfer requests in career mode

In fact, the career mode is the same from fifa 14. Only the menu differs from fifa 13. Scouting network, bad training system, movie cutscenes and goals for a given season have been added. There are so many opportunities for new improvements. Ea could do the u-21 team, staff management, better workouts, better transfer system, sponsorship, random events, interaction with players and many more. Being honest, instead of fifa, we can see buying a football manager. And so in a few months I will do if they do not add anything

Ea can you do a career mode player database app for Android and iOS,you connect it to your ea account and then it will tell you the live potential,transfer rumours of other teams as well as yours and suggestions for who you want to sign. Another feature that it shows you a daily/weekly/monthly/annually growth chart for all players in the career
