Here's my icon guessing rule suggestion: if you correctly guess an icon, it's an auto-trump card that doesn't count against your trump card limit. That way you can still attempt to get an icon in your team in the next round, but there is a little more risk involved in picking an icon. Also... I would so love to do an SBSD with you, Andy! Haha

The Popcorn Penguin yeah I get that when you guess there player you put a card there but sometimes when they guess the formation they say they want a trump card instead of changing it and nothing changes in their team?

@@Tiggstrades everyone has 1 trump card in the beginning... So, if a person guesses the formation, they get an opportunity to put 2 gk outfield provided they guess 2 positions

If the loan player you used gets picked, you should have to discard the loan player AND the value of the card, because if you did the SBC and he got picked then you would be effectively discarding the value and the card, so it should be the same with loans.

Yup that’s the only possible fairness like, because if you think about it, Andy could have Flashblack Marcelo being picked and because he’s a loan and he doesn’t discard him, he can just use him in the next match then and if it gets picked again he can use it again and again etc. I think loan cards for SBCs have to be discarded as well as the value

When u play on max chemistry, his stats change to what an outfeilder would be. So his 87 diving becomes 87 pace and if u score, you'll see his card changes

Me personally it should be one attempt at an icon, if it gets guessed that’s your lot. You only get one trump card or similarly one safety in Team take down etc. The chance of guessing an icon is usually only as good as like 1 in 3 or 1 in 4 at best; so for you to guess Eusebio out of the blue almost it’s a bit of a kick in the teeth for Bateson to be able to put any English icon in the team etc. (Not defined the rule fully so no hate towards Bateson obvs)

@@hampuslindfors6290 in the case of Kolarov, in the video you're referring to, its acceptable because he has multiple position changes and is only one player who links with a limited pool of players; there are loads of icons and they all link with everyone, and are much higher tier than normal players. They deserve to be treated like safety in team takedown or shotgun in 7MS.

The trouble with this in this episode is that they played in max Chem, so they would have gotten the face stats converted from keeper stats to outfield so would be way too good. I have Jens Lehman’s prime moments, he’s INSANE in max chem. It would work in normal episodes though

When a player is guessed, put in a bronze / goalkeeper ofc but when the discards come in at the end, u have to sub in the bronze player/ goalkeeper for the player u originally wanted. Ex. U try to put in CR7 up top but it’s guessed, so u get Buffon up top now or something like that, u lose the game and discards come into play, u have to sub out Buffon and put in CR7 back into the squad so it is possible to be discarded. It makes the stakes higher and the guesses more important ya know. Great stuff tho

Alex Quintana. Nah because it would be unfair because say Bateson played 4-3-3(3) and put moments R9 at striker but Andy guessed it. It would be unfair for Bateson to not get to use R9 to score goals and to save discards. But the when say Neto gets selected at ST instead of R9 for Bateson it would be unfair for him to have to risk a 15mil player that he wasn’t even able to use to turn the tide of the game. So maybe but no

If a loan player is hit you should be able to keep the loan but discard double the price of the SBC.Or you could get rid of the loan and only discard one times the SBC price. This is because it is like cheating, discarding an SBC card you would never have it back whereas a loan you still have it for the future and it doesn't sting to discard it. Just a suggestion Andy. Keep up the great work mate. Like below so AJ will see.:)

I think that there should b even more of a risk to using a loan. So if you use a loan player and it gets guessed, you put a player in a gold upgrade equal to that players cost AND you discard the loan!

For the future I’d be happy with any sbcs that are picked in the discard picks to just get rid of a card that is the same value which you can get back again if you need it. just like you did in this episode.
