Andy should have only done 3 discards. If his rule is concede = discard then the end result doesn’t matter to him whatsoever.

But he wanted Tom to discard because of the draw, which doesn’t exist on team takedown, so if that’s the case Andy would get the extra discard as well. He should’ve just finished the game instead of rage quitting.

Because there’s 3 for conceding and 1 for the draw, if Tom has to do one for drawing then so does Andy

That’s why going to extra time would’ve made it easier. Yes more risky for Andy but then it solves the whole discard situation. If Tom wins 4-3, Andy gets 4 discards. If Andy wins 4-3, Tom gets a discard and Andy gets 3. Since they stopped at 3-3, only fair for both to get an extra for the draw and on top of that Andy gets 3 extra for the rule.

By the sounds of it you’d of only discarded 3 for a lost & not 4 which is odd cause usually the rules are discard with the goal difference, so sounds like Andy was screwed into having the 4th discard
