if i could explain L1 and R1 dribbling as simply as possible for people i’d say that L1 (strafe) dribbling is good for CLOSE control forward dribbling, essentially when you are approaching a defender and do not want your player to take a touch that is too big. This allows you to be quicker in response to hit a skill move or change direction. R1 (Agile) dribbling is good for when your player and a defender are square (facing eachother) and they know you are approaching but you want to move side to side quickly in order to make it as hard as possible for your opponent to guess which side of the defender you are going to go. Use it to essentially tap the ball between the inside of each foot to move horizontally or side to side quicker. SUMMARY - L1 dribbling, close control. R1 dribbling, quick directional changes.

Plot twist: this attaking tips and all kind of stuffs and tricks doesn't work well if you play with 70 ms to someone who has 34-25 ms

True! I mostly play on 70 and lowest is 50ms on a good day. The reactions are awful. And you have people just intercepting my passes. The passes so inconsistent and my opponents are making these small silly passes that go around my players. Lol gameplay is just awful for this game.

I would be happy with a consistent 70 ping if it doesn’t have speed up lag but yeah timing is so important in fifa and that gets fucked over with ping differences

Just started fut. Won 21 games in a row and made it div 6. But now I concede atleast 5 goals a game to either greizman or martial just getting a long ball down the middle and having my center halves run away from the striker with the ball as he walks into the box for a free goal. Ive now lost 18 games in a row.

L1 through ball is great, but one thing I'm not clear on is what to do when you receive the ball in-stride. Sometimes, the player touches up like you do in the video, and I can collect the ball for a shot, but sometimes, he super-knocks it all the way to the keeper.

Just Hold L2, it will shield as well as receive the ball flawlessly. If your player is knocking the ball more often, check your Gamepad, the R2/RT triggers might be malfunctioning

Thanks nice vid and apologies for using your page as a rant....My striker runs through on goal between CBs, I tap pass to him less than 10 yards away aiming directly at him with my player facing him. My player passes 20 yards to the winger which gets intercepted. I'm done.

Like he said if there are other players from your team on either wing it might interfere with the double tap triangle method, so you have to manually charge a little power into the pass instead of double tapping it

Use 5 at the back, put tactis drop back, all defenders on stay back, width 40 and depth 35.. good luck to your opponent...

I play with 2 cdms and 4 backs. I instruct all 6 to stay back on attack and have 40 set as depth with tactics saying "drop back". It helps against the counter.

guys I play FIFA 21 and 22 as well. I'm not a bad player. I often win in the world class mode. even sometimes win in the legendary mode. but the problem is, whenever I play against some of my my friends who are quite like pro players, I simply lose most of the time. this makes me feel really bad.
