Thank you very much for that, I am on a verge of quitting this game. As an average player, I make simple mistakes from time to time. Almost every player in rivals parks the f*** bus inside the box and counter me mercilessly. It feels like this game put players who prefer creative, possession playstyle at a huge disadvantage. I just don't want to play meta all drop back ocean depth defense, because it's painfully boring.

This is helpful, almost every game i played. They all drop back! A part from this tactics, never force a pass to open ourselves up. Despite i know about this but i still making school ball errors. I find it practicing this against legendary AI in Squad battles is useful. AI is unreal and their drop back is even worse than a real player.

How to counter players that score a goal then waste 14 min of game time passing from full back to goalkeeper and you can't take the ball away from them guy litterally won if i had won that then i would only need one win to go to div 2

You need to team press them. Because to keep doing side way and back pass, they have no room to pass of you constant and team press them.

Bhai , i play the same formation same players same instructions and everything same in squad battles and rivals. But there is a huge difference in the game play. My players dont run, passes happen late . I mean opponent player pressing is faster than the X passes . Can u do a gameplay with 70MS lag and a yellow bar on the in game screen . Reached 1350 skill in fifa 21 but here stuck in division 8 .

@@KingSunny yes bro .. i get 70ms .. and also a yellow network bar in game .. worst part is my passes are so slow and i cant even control the ball in time .. by the time i press pass my opponent tackles me and ball is gone.. i use Railtell network here in assam .. i wish i could sent u a photo so that u could believe me ..

How do he even make all those defenders drop back is there an option? Cuz every time my opponent attacks my defence is empty ☹️

I have the same problem.. i think they have everyone on come back on defense or at least basic defense on strikers.. a great way to shrink the space between the defenders and midfielders is to put them on stay back while attacking and when you attack you manually send them on a run with LB. You will build up a bit slower but hey, at least you are not in 1on1 with your defender that often.
