Honestly Player career has so much potential in fifa and could honestly the best offline thing in the game if Ea took aspects of The journey and incorporated it into Player career . More about the lifestyle, wages,agents, speaking to the manager. Just more realistic to give kids and people who didn’t make it to be professional an idea of how football really is.

Would be nice if EA add a mechanic so that when loaning out players we can discuss the player’s game time too. tired of loaning out youngsters and they barely play

I'd like to see the U21 and U18 teams for clubs and national teams. Then you can really develop your youth academy instead of them sitting in the reserves.

They seriously need to get a grip of the fans, there aren’t tank topped middle eastern men attending Ross County away on a freezing January night in dingwall

Add a “transfer logic” option. If a player is having a bad season their value should be lower and you should also be able to loan them out. I can’t see teams trading key players ever transfer window. Generated players should have modern kits. If you simulate through 2030 every players have their shirts on. The ballon d’or system should be upgraded too. It’s one of the most important award in the sport. And it’ll be great to see some underdog teams knock out the best teams some times. Sponsors and endorsements should be in there too.

We all know every ‘post game dressing room’ scenario will be exactly the same. We all know the stadium and kit selection will be horrendous, and we all know everything mentioned above either won’t be as good as it sounds, or won’t work at all. Nice EA

Finally, showing love to what people like the most, Career modes.

For create a player, can you make it possible to create wingers (LW, RW, LWB, RWB)? And be able to edit composure and defensive awareness stats. And maybe even secondary positions. Because I try to create me and friends in FIFA to put in career mode but it's difficult when those stats and positions aren't there. Also to be able to change potential of created players and to edit skill moves based on dribbling and ball control attributes rating. You should also be able to edit workrates, traits and change their positions in manager career mode.

They are finally adding you to be on the bench and reserves not starting all the time as a 17 year old with a 67 rating over players who are rated 80+

so glad that fifa is finally moving towards what we’ve been asking for for ages. hoping they will continue to add onto the player and user experience. for future player career modes i would like to see them add player morale and chemistry that can influence player performance. include stuff like the player’s relationship with the fans such as whether they’ve been happy with the player’s performance, the player choosing to celebrate with fans and charming them after the final whistle, as well as fans reacting to things said by player in the media. building chemistry with other players on the team should also be a thing through training sessions with training partners, times spent together on the pitch, and bonus chemistry points through more passes and assists.

I wish you could edit existing stadiums, like starting a career with a league two club and getting to the championship and still having the same ground

Finally they added the skills tree from pro clubs to career mode, it took a bit long considering it was something so obvious , but at least it’s finally here.

I was expecting the same things again this year but to be honest the new additions are actually pretty good

I wish they'd dig into detail if player career mode made changes to transfer requests and if you're able to select the club you want to go to. The current system is too random, hoping the club you want approaches you.

as a player career we should be able to sign contracts and accept offers from other clubs without having to request a transfer. We should also be able to do stuff with our wages.

I just can't imagine that the next FIFA could actually have Messi in another team :(

Finally we get some new features im the game and it is a lot more realistic. Alex Scott isn't the commentary we wanted but hopefully it is an improvement from Derek Rae and Lee Dixon.

In create a club you should be able to customise more stuff like build your own stadium and the other things in the badges such as the picture or the text.

For FIFA 23, I want to see the most changes in my player career. First, no more indefinite contracts. I want to negotiate and decide for myself if I want to stay with a club or move on. Requesting for a transfer 5, 6 times before I get a yes from the manager is getting real old. Also, make it easier or even POSSIBLE to become the captain of your club! Do away with the skill tree and go back to the way it was. I'm tired and bored of reaching my max potential after only a season and a half. For Create-a-Club, give us sponsors for the kits (even if they're fake) like you did in the past with the NASCAR titles. Also a full on kit and stadium editor that allows us to make our kits and stadiums the way WE want them!

I love the ideas of the my career mode for all but.. I feel like it would’ve been amazing if we decided on what should be added to our own stadiums , not just use what’s there

Career mode is gonna be good this year

Small touches to be added to career mode, like when signing certain overall of players it should have different cutscenes, the better the player the better the cut scenes. A way to edit current club jerseys like in pro clubs, and have the teams kit supplier and teams sponsors still there, let the players be able to edit their teams kits in 2030. The last thing is to make the transfer market more realistic and refreshed, for example if a player isnt in form there shouldn’t be a reason i sell him for 120 million. But i can see the progress is there from EA

My lord, finally! Career Mode got some attention this year. I think I'll buy this years addition now, after not having done so for the past two years.

Will there be contracts for player career mode though? Hate being stuck on a team cause other teams can't afford to buy my player, or only options are to be bought by the really big clubs. Sometimes I just want to pick my own team to play on after X years on current team.

Finally, I hope they add more cutscenes or choices for career mode with updates thru the year so it doesn't become repetitive

I always play career as manager. I would love to see news of other managers being sacked or leaving clubs, to open up job spots that you can decide to apply for or not. Players currently move around, why not managers?

I mean player career mode is very important (the most) but we also really needed a create club, all we need now for that is stadium creator.

There’s one problem…I’ll spend an hour just trying to think of a name

If we will be able to create a new club and begin with only U-19 players then i’ll probably get it. It’s the only way I like to play career mode. Start out with a young team in the lowest league possible in a certain country and then climb to the top. Past FIFA it took hours to make a team like that so I wouldn’t be bothered…

Add an up to date record system where a person is notified if they broke a club (manager mode) or individual records (player mode). Would be cool if you added award (Balon D Or or UEFA/FIFA awards) ceremonies cut scenes based on player overall ratings.

Imagine calling premade stadiums where you change the color of the seats a stadium editor lol. FIFA Manager had a proper stadium editor over 10 years ago

So they finally implemented what was available for Alex Hunter basically. Still, better late than never. Maybe I'll actually buy 22 if the reviews are better this time around.

For new manager career mode what i need before match, in selection it will show who is perfome in training. If player not perfome in training still selected it will effect in-game. Maybe it will be fun and feel like a manager. If not have this maybe all match who will play by higher rating player only.

Finally some focus on career mode....i hope you also made stats, i wanna know how many goals each player have, specially when my player reach 1000goals,....just like nba 2k
