Ironically, this is better than eFootball 2022 on PS5. ( and surprisingly FIFA 2022 on Switch runs at 1080p/60fps while eFootball 2022 runs at 720p/30fps on PS4)

Hey li ming I'm a veteran of fifa (since fifa 10)manager Mode Has two choices in playing the game you can play the matches yourself or Do a SIM game where you will go trough a full 90 mins in 30 seconds

To get to your youth academy go to your office and where it says youth staff go in it use the right analog stick it will then pop up with youth academy then click it.
