That's not what player based difficulty does. It enhances key players on the other team and makes them play better, so kind of cheating really

@@n0body550 By increasing their "intelligence", so either playing at a higher difficulty or artificially boosting their stats, maybe both. Better players have better stats so should stand out without needing it. The game also has form and sharpness so should just rely on those factors rather than a gimmick like that IMO

Can't play career mode. Win every game 5 or 6 nil on World class but lose pretty much every game on legendary. Absolutely no balance.

Version 5 is great, definitely going in the right direction. On top of that I use 100 for marking and drop run frequency and full-back positioning to 5 as I find that more realistic. Injury frequency to 70 as 65 wasn't quite enough. Really happy with how it plays and actually enjoying FIFA for the first time in a loooooong time. I also play on World Class because it plays with more variety compared to Legendary where it's just cheating Ai who score the same tika-taka goal from the wings all the time.

It’s way better with manual passing it takes a bit of practice but it’s well worth it after all some passes should go astray it’s football

A lot of people switch down to world class with the sliders because apparently on legendary difficulty the AI will not cross into the box. I usually use legendary but in 22 the AI only did short little passes and this year WC difficulty AI seems to actually cross the ball…

They also cross on Legendary. It depends on the team, how much.

To increase cpu crossing you have to bump up the passing speed, which may affect other aspects of the other sliders within the whole set. When pass speed is lowered, the cross power at full blast doesn’t push the ball far enough for crosses to work from most areas of crossing zones, and so the AI just doesn’t do it because it knows there is no success involved. If pass speed is raised, they will cross more. I tested and confirmed this when I used the 21 OS slider set (which had something like 35 pass speed iirc), with full manual crossing - and a full power bar cross from just outside the corner of the penalty box would only placed the ball at the near post.

I love it! challenging... hellz yeah! but I do believe it will make us better Fifa players and feels more rewarding when we score goal. I will be using this settings for the division 2 side (most likely Crawley Town in England) so every game will be competitive. Will not be suprised if most of my games will end 1-0, 1-1, 0-2 etc

I’ve been knowing about Matt10 just for some days even though I’ve been playing fifa for years, using the sliders of an Italian guy. The problem I have with Matt10 sliders is this: I’m using V5 w ultimate difficulty, and I don’t really understand why the line height for the defense is set at 72. I mean, there’s too much space to make ur wings and forwards score… Idk like I’ve played some games but I don’t know what to do… I was happy to having found him bc it’s clear he knows so much about Fifa… but I’m quite struggling at the moment

the thing i hate about it this year is the cpu going god mode. i can play 3 games in legendary and then i have to go to worldclass up and down.. unbelievable the defence suddenly doing nothing..

You game seems very smooth 🤔 i play on full manual settings and my game looks very ‘mechanical’ 🤔 i do play on slow-paced it might be that since you changed that setting to default and that also made the pitch color setting visible 🤔 which i was looking for 🤔 what i have noticed with fifa over the last couple of years is - if you play in a darker kit - the game/players feel very smooth and less mechanical/scripted. Man U in their green kit plays horrible 😒 Ive noticed europa league games feel smoother compared to EPL games 🤷‍♂️

The problem with sliders is they can often adversely affect the core coding of the gameplay & much depends on the creators interpretation of the game, which is often flawed. The best sliders are the subtle changes, which these are not!

You can’t adjust sliders when playing Online: 1v1, Co-Op, Pro Clubs (and even FUT, right?). If players truly want to get better at FIFA (regardless of the mode): No adjustments to the Sliders, Legendary or Ultimate Difficulty, Competitor Mode ON, and Player Based Difficultly ON.
