The crossplay only works between same gen consoles, so PS5, XBSX|S and PC are grouped together and the last gen consoles are grouped separately.

Hi my friend has a PC and myself PS5. we both are trying to play Fifa 23 online. i have added him online by clicking on the R2 button and then also selecting cross mode. then when i go to Playmodes----Quickplay modes------Online Friendlies--------New Friendly Season.... Upon clicking New Friendly Season nothing pops up. Please advise. Many Thanks

I'm having the same issue as well. I've emailed, sent multiple posts on ea help and nothing has been said about it. They literally did maintenance on online services yesterday and pc co op rivals didn't even get looked at.

@@gameover-op1tn we got a solustion actually, I was needed to reinstall Fifa 23 version without X/S letters, just Fifa23 (its support Xbox One), It's 100% the same game but it works perfectly with crossplatform, my friend have PS5 and I have Xbox seriex X and we play togethe and I can see him in EA menu.
