How to shoot = press the button you assigned to shoot and then press it again to time it

Hi bro, I tried doing the elastico skill in a practice arena mode, but some of the skills don't seem to work which is very strange. It states on fifa 23 pc game that press button pad 4 half moon then pad 6 to do elastico skill. I use the keyboard numlock buttons to do any skills on fifa 23 on my pc. It's very complicated to do some skills moves on fifa 23 as it says I need to hold the skills modifier button, which is CAPs button on my keyboard.
