This is a really smooth sounding dynamic cardioid microphone and can be used with USB or through an XLR interface. Or both at the same time!
This mic costs very little considering the quality of sound it produces. I actually edited the video and was blown away with the audio quality and warmth. It really does sound like a radio station or TV production!
There are also some cool features like the ability to monitor your levels via the built in 3.5mm jack and headphones or earpiece.
Also there is a bit of bling with the built in optional RGB lighting effects.
Overall i highly recommend the Fifine Ampligame AM8, it is a cracking mic with a great price tag, just watch out for the handling noises

Totally agree, done move it around and also dont move your head around either ! Great for stuff like podcasts but for dynamic videos or live streams theres gonna be a need to keep everything in the same place in order to keep the sound quality. Great video, thanks Mike and Kath 🙂

Been looking at microphone reviews with intention to get rid of webcam and use sep devices. Saw a review on same fifine and thought great unit and defo value for money. During your live stream realised this is great until you move around and sound drops dramatically. Your lav mic gives more natural sound and levels stay same watever you doing. Yet the fifine has radio broadcaster sound which is also good. Diff horses for diff courses! Thanks Mike and Kath 🐈👍

microphones are always a tough choice and rarely is there a perfect all rounder, they really should be for a type of content. That is why i have used the lav mic for so long, it isn't perfect and being tethered all the time can be a pain, but if you want that lovely deep rich radio presenter sound it is hard to find another mic at this price that will do it as well

the amp that goes with this is the AmpliGame SC3 that have both SLR input an standard jack. But I'm impressed by sound quality of the am8

Good review Mike.l have a Fifine usb mic that l bought to use along with my Logitech C922 webcam.l’ve only used them once;so if anyone wants them,they can do so.On the one occasion I used the mic.l thought it was a pretty decent performer.Thank you for sharing your thoughts Mike and Kath 👏👏⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🎉

Question about the new horrible outlook. How can I stop it from forcing the new one? Now it won't even let me switch back to the old one. Why do Microsoft have to mess everything up.

i don't use the free version, i use the office 365 version and there is an option to use either version
