Just FYI - The shock mount in the video was installed upside down! (easy mistake, it's pretty symmetrical looking!) The volume knob is very accessible when the mount is installed the other way for any of those who were wondering!
hey I am new to audio and was just wondering, what would you recommend either the tonor q9 or the fifine T669 and why. it would be really helpful if you could reply man. (:
how does your arm look so easy to worth with? the part where my shock mount is supposed to go on just doesnt stay clipped in and gets weighed down by the microphone
For anyone still questioning whether they should get this microphone or not: I got it a week ago now, and I'm surprised by how good it sounds, if you have the money and need a better microphone, go for it. This video definitely pushed me towards buying it and it was very helpful and enjoyable.
@@MalcaT603 You had to have gotten a wrong model or your cable is broken, It's been over a year now and the only issue I've had was that the stand visibly scratched my desk from the bottom.
Put one of these on my Christmas list this year, and got it! I am an online instructor. I am really looking forward to increasing the sound quality in my tutorials! Thanks for checking it out for us!
Dude, I really thought you were a huge RU-vidr. Amazing aesthetic and professional looking space and a great informative video! Keep up the amazing work :)
I don't know if it's just me being excited about getting new equipment, but I've had the fifine t669 for a few days now and I have never felt so good about a purchase. To be fair, the only mics I've had prior were attached to gaming headphones and earbuds, but the fifine mic was definitely a huge upgrade and it sounds soooo nice and crisp up close.
I just bought this mic, mainly for communication with recording and it sounds amazing for the price point, not to mention you also get a solid boom arm with it!
@@FUTURESPACECOLLECTIVE where can I setup the quality audio ? im a gamer and my friends cant hear the sound of my keyboard and this is annoying for them
Hi Lucas, yea, I agree, I've tested a few USB mics, this one comes feature packed, the accessories are a great selling point along with the great quality.
I agree - when I was doing my research, this microphone was one of the candidates on my list. Sound quality is apparently pretty good. For myself, I got the MAONO AU-PM422.
Nice! Yea I was thoroughly impressed with the Mic, was not expecting it to be so good. It was the actual sound quality, and accessories for the price that is very hard to beat!
Thank you for the review, I am buying this Microphone as how cheap it is with all the accessories! I'll be definitely using it for classes and discord calls as it's a bang for the buck!
Wow, thank you! Glad to hear it! I've spent years in the video production industry, but this is my first serious attempt at sharing my passions through RU-vid :D Thanks for subbing
I am SO sorry that I’m late. We were very busy yesterday. I just want to say keep the grind and most of all, have fun.😍😍😍😍🥰🥰🥰😘😘😘🥰😍🥰😘😍😍. That’s for u, cus u brighten my day.
Hey man! Thanks for noticing lol! Unfortunately untill the channel can become big enough to do full time, I am still at the mercy of my main business' which can fluctuate in work loads! Life can get hectic! Hope you've been well too. More to come.
This review was really good and now I think I’m going to buy it because it just includes everything from the arm to the microphone and even a cover I mean it’s ideal for the price keep it up!
24k subs??? Damn.. the quality is so well, now I'm gonna buy this. I'm not an audiophile or super tech savvy with interfaces, but to me this is amazing and something that I'd say is way more bang for the buck. Subbed man, much love.
I was shopping around for mics and you’ve sold me on this and thanks for explaining pop screen feature. Big help for a mic noob like myself. I appreciate you putting in UK affiliated links in description too.
just ordered this mic after watching your review, it will be the first mic i have ever bought for gaming. I always used a headset, so i will see how it goes.
@@FUTURESPACECOLLECTIVE will do, i sent this to my cousin because he needed a new mic because his last one broke, also for all the other videos that you uploaded you deserve tons of subs from those vids too
i have been looking at alot of reviews of this mic because i am thinking of getting one myself and i havnt seen alot of videos that actually is helpful altough their probably is some helpfull vidoes out their i reaaly liked the layot of your video and you got all necesary information on the mic (i think) but what i want to say is. absolulty amazing vidoe very helpful and ya thanks dude!
I bought this mic for both me and my friend, this is a good mic, it really is, just make sure if you don't have a lot of background noise because it will pickup that.
To do with the background noise, first off is to keep decent gain level, the dial setting on mic is of crucial importance. Set it below 50% if you're in a noisy room and the noise cant get rid of, such as the sound from fans or air-condition. Next, set computer input at around 80%. At last, the speaking range is another aspect that makes the great difference. Keep the mic 3-5 inches away from mouth, the closer the better. But overall the best method to have great sound quality is to setup the use environment (if the mic is not defective). And the treated room can be done with ease, and here's our blog for your reference: fifinemicrophone.com/blogs/news/how-to-make-an-acoustic-treatment-on-a-budget
im happy i found this video cause im looking for a stand alone mic and this one sounds really good and i checked the price and its really cheap also so im happy to get this one
From what I remember it was symmetrical so it didn't seem to have "a right side up" but good to know if you just flip it you can access more of the knob!
Love the channel man! Excited to watch you grow. Quick question if it hasn’t been answered before - what are you using to light inside your cabinets? Puck lighting? Really like it.
Hey Colin, thanks for watching and supporting! Your actually the first one to ask! I used this kit here: amzn.to/3noIdC8 - It is a type of LED puck lights
I'm looking at buying this microphone... will it be good for calls and when I'm talking to my friends during games. I really want a good quality mic but within the budget. Great content, keep up the good work.
Thanks for watching, happy you enjoyed and dropped a comment :) Hoping I'm going somewhere with the RU-vid as well, putting my heart and soul into creating a video every week :D
Hey Evan, Will be relaunching and trying to post again on a weekly basis come Jan 8th! Been busy with work and such, but have been putting time into creating new content! Thanks so much for being a huge supporter!
I bought a TONOR mic a couple months back because it was cheap and it's a good mic but I'm wanting to go a tad bit higher. I have this on my Amazon list so I'd definitely be upgrading to this. Guess I didn't do much research lol.
