Normani does it because of her dance training and because of DWTS. Valmani was legit and he was always lifting her and contorting her and whatnot so our girl can do anything at this point.

For people saying the girls seemed a little off, besides the obvious reasons that come with live performance, I think it also had to do with the fact that their costumer did them wrong this time around and made dinahs outfit difficult to dance in, (her dress kept popping up) and Lauren and Ally's leotards were cut WAYYYYY too high in the leg
