The reason their case keeps being thrown out is because they said the company abuses them, and they started the injunction when Attrakt gave them 2 months off to everyone for ONE member to recover. Completely unheard of in the entertainment industry. Do the math. You are going to court to say your job abuses you during the longest vacation given by any one company that love capitalism. Then, the management company that is a separate entity from Attrakt with covered up history of poaching talents, stole Keena's money which cause her to go back to the company. The parent company didn't steal her money but gave her rights, and actually had Keena releasing music BEFORE Fifty Fifty. The management company, The Givers, immediately started scamming her without hesitation, so of course she's going back to her parent company. Would you stay with someone who stole money from you? You are foolish and are sabotaging the former members by digging them a deep whole with this old information provided by a scammer. Then the information the former members provided on IG and twitter isn't medically correct either. If what they said happened, happened then that's medical malpractice and they shouldn't even be suing the company but the doctors instead. Try thinking for yourself for once before you also get scammed in the future.

Past treatment of groups, medical records etc can't lie, unlike dispatch who routinely spreads misinfo, like with minheejin where they were exposed to edit kakao chat messages together with hybe. Both the givers and attrakt mistreated these poor teenagers, that's known. Look at past videos of shio unpacking all her medications on video before anything happened or when their snacks were thrown on the floor and they were scolded harshly. Whatever the truth is, it's gonna be something in between.

@@romuloduarte4631dont you know the terrible mistreatment the old members went through under this evil company🤢 just google it. saena was anorexic and bulimic and lost her menstrual cycle due to the harsh diet attrakt put her under. sio developed social anxiety and couldn’t even go outside and developed kidney and stomach issues from dieting. aran needed gall bladder surgery but the company kept pushing it back. when she finally got it, the company pressured her to return *one week after surgery*. after suing the company, staff members would come to her house and harass her hours on end. she was only *19*, hardly an adult and this isn’t even all that happened to the girls, there is much worse. they received no apology to this day and anyone who can seriously support attrakt after this is unbelievably stupid and sick in the head. i pray the old members get justice and the new members aren’t abused
