Heather Dunn brings her Combat Medic Fiancee Jason Martinez with her to pick her Bridesmaids dresses. She envisioned a long blue, flowy dress that doesn't make them look too sexy. However, Jason has a different idea of what it should look like. He believes he should get to choose the dress as well.
Jenna Monk has envisioned a vintage country wedding and wants a blue lace dress that will go with the bridesmaids cowboy boots. The only problem is that lace comes with a higher price, will the bridesmaids be able to afford to make Jenna's expensive vision a reality?

Yep, I caught that too. He feels challenged and is baiting her into a conflict, but the only confrontation is in his mind. Everyone else is walking on eggshells around him trying not to escalate the situation. He also indicated he'd retaliate by picking ugly tuxedos if she didn't choose the dresses he wanted. In the end he acts like she got her way, but I think he's storing it away to use against her later.

My ex was very nice before we got married and after we got married he changed drastically. He told me that if he would have showed me who he truly was, I would have never married him. You missed the clearly gay guy who went on to 'help' his bride, and ended up demanding (the couple called it 'him putting her thoughts into words' even though she said NOTHING hinting at what he was saying) they cut the train off her beautiful dress. The seamstress was so upset she pulled out the scissors and hacked it off right there in front of them. He smiled, and she looked like she wanted to cry. So the spotlight in photos would be HIM, and not the pretty, dramatic bride's gown. She pretended she wanted to go with it, but was clearly miserable :(

Normally a couple this ill-matched would make me think it'll end in divorce. But this groom is such a piece of work, I'd be more worried it would end in a Dateline episode! I can picture them fighting because he's mentally abusive and cheating on her (the creepiness of his fixation on picking out sexy dresses for the bridesmaids definitely sounds like a cheater waiting to happen), and then one of them ends up dead. He's totally that kind of monster. Its like watching it in slow motion or a weird Dream. The abuse has definitely gone on for awhile & even the mom is kind numb to it. I think your right about the cheating, too. Though, I'm worried he's going to try to groom one of her little cousins & abuse her, too. She is at the edge of the seat, legs crossed, and also crossed "against" him, body leaning away .... - it needed the intervention of the stylists to make him realize that he had to give in. Also the body language of the other two people sitting on the bench on the right side of the groom. - the bridesmaides modelling the dresses also looked really uncomfortable. This should be a fun and happy experience for everyone. Instead he makes everyone cringe, including the staff.

That was so akward and uncomfortable to watch. They seem to live in two different worlds that don't come together. Their relationship is kinda weird and unhealthy and shows signs of disrespect, competition and disconnection and they are not even married yet! You can disagree, argue or even fight but at the same time still be able to show that you care about feelings of your loved one and be willing to find a solution that works for both of you in a way .
