Adoro esta rutina, el Fight Do es lo mejor !!! se queman mas calorías que en los aerobicos ademas de ser entretenido y con tracks que se van actualizando no hay comparacion... just feel the music and train hard ;)

body combat no existe , estamos hablando de fitnes , resistencia , velocidad ..combat no me produce nada ¡ es todo estatico y mas defensivo , esto es mas intenso , y divertido . son gustos . amo fight do¡ es solo para gente q le gusta moverse , saltar , divertirse y tambien aprendes adefenderte porq adquiris velocidad y reflejos y algo de defensa personal.
been doing martials arts for over 21 years.teaching as well body combat.guys can u please get a real martial art training before teaching the wrong moves.i understand this is for cardio.but all ur moves are wrong.everytime i watch body combat,cardio kickboxing....videos its always the same things.why not teaching the right moves and work ur cardio at the same time????just my opinion
