The teaser for Starved is one of my favorite reveals in FNF history. The song was perfect for the character's appearance, and I was super excited for the full song. Then Fight or Flight released, and sadly, they sped it up and added clunky vocals. If it was given more time, I feel like it could've been great. Here's the instrumental, slowed down and pitched down to sound like the teaser. Enjoy!

this kinda makes me picture a sonic level, where you play as tails with his night vision goggles and knife, traversing a wasteland of eggman's base and it's surroundings, with deranged badniks attacking

Tails' combat: similar to sonic frontiers' combat. Also tails will stab his knife sometimes.

it would probably focus more on platforming due to the lack of speed tails would have cause of his missing tail other wise it would just be a walking sim

make it sonic 1 style level and tails can see in the dark with his night vision goggles, only drawback is that they can be faulty and may malfunction sometimes, and have no music, only ambience, making the badniks ambush like a jumpscare

It's not bad by any means, but the vocals clutter it up. The instrumental should've just been used for a cutscene or something. Way too cinematic to be a playable song with vocals in my opinion.

Damn, teaser version is a lot better than the current one, I mean, you can hear Death Egg Robot's theme from Sonic The Hedgehog 2 in this instrumental and they just fu^Y%ed it up, great job modders. But good job to you Silp, for the cover.

I could upload the full thing, since I've made it with vocals. The vocals don't sound particularly good when slowed down, but it'd still be cool for archival purposes.

I think Furnace would fit better, because Starved is weak, and Furnace is created specifically for fighting, racing and even baking

Yeah, that's because the teaser version was slower than the public release. The song was the same, just slower. Watch the teaser lmao.

One is a lower pitch than the other, about 1 or 2 steps down the scale. This teased version holds a more ominous tone than the official release, so I thought I'd share the instrumental in the original key.
