Bro, physical health related things such as cricket are not at all distractions, instead they are good. Whenever I also feel distracted then I exercise, it gives me happiness, maintains my health and is also something productive, obviously overdose of cricket is bad for now but playing cricket once or twice in a week for like 2-3 hours can instead decrease distractions, since it's a good source of dopamine

1. Yt 2.overthinking 3.Daydreaming ( imagining myself in unrealistic condition like , fighting,etc) 4.to much sleep 5.Find excuse for not to study 6. Lack of consistency and discipline 7.not following planner 8.procastination 9.stratergy videos dekhna 10.love thoughts ( cuz of hormonal game ) -- ye bahot jyada hota hai, pata nahi kyu? I never use social media , never ever i had any relationship still😢 11.getting confuse while doing que practice 12.not doing excercise and meditation 13.not being serious for study 14.Music( rarely) This all are my excuses to not to study and i promise from today onward i will use yt for 30min a day including songs and all & will not do anything mentioned above is my promise ( my resolution). I can do it. Ab bas ek hi chiz , do war for iit . ( War with distractions) 👊👊
