Bro, physical health related things such as cricket are not at all distractions, instead they are good. Whenever I also feel distracted then I exercise, it gives me happiness, maintains my health and is also something productive, obviously overdose of cricket is bad for now but playing cricket once or twice in a week for like 2-3 hours can instead decrease distractions, since it's a good source of dopamine
Tum shorts ko band kar skate ho ak setting hoti hai usko on karna hota hai uske baad tumhara short bhi nahi chlega or nahi recommend videos ayengi bus ye hai ki ak bar settings change karne ka baad control karna hoga tumha ki vaps change na karo
Dont study with RU-vid then try studying from books. Don't get me wrong brother I mean books are actually better I'm switching from RU-vid to books as well. Work hard stay hard❤

1. Informative videos jisko mein bahut jyada hi dekhti hu RU-vid ko disabled krne ke baad bhi 3 hour per day ho hi jata hai 2. Lack of guidance I don't know ki padhna kese hai jb samjh nhii aata to ratne lgti hu kyuki main gav ke school se padhi hu or waha yhi hota tha to mujhe literally nhii pata ki padhna kese hai bss ye do hi prblm hai
