Jack Liu Super Turbo is final version of all Street Fighter II, Hyper SF 2 is a combination of all the Street Fighters put into one version.

The base move set for ken/ryu is already very good. Don't know why people waste so much time with the special moves. Especially the hurricane kick. It is only useful in a small number of circumstances.
