Capcom sued the shit outta Data East too. We all knew it was a pretty blatant ripoff. Hell, game mags were saying it was a pretty blatant ripoff. But I think they actually lost...merger principle...can't have a monopoly over an idea. So those small tweaks somehow justified complete lifting of IP lmao. Heh...I liked it.
