One of the hardest things I have ever had to go through in my life was fighting stage 4 cancer when I was younger. Unfortunately I have been diagnosed a second time with stage 4 cancer, and it's not any easier hearing it this time around. Here's my journey as I battle this disease another time around. I hope by sharing my story I provide insight as to what people like me go through just to fight this dreadful/deadly disease. This may not be an easy fight and I will have my ups and downs both physically and mentally but I hope to inspire you all with my fight and will to conquer this once again. If you or someone you know or their family is going through what I am going through, please share this video with them. Wow. I'm suspected of having colon cancer or stomach cancer due to my symptoms. I read horrible outcomes and decided to refuse treatment, but seeing that you survived stage 4 twice makes me reconsider.

Hello Hansen. Like you I'm a cancer patient also. I've been fighting this cancer on my head for 5 years now. I maybe 52 years old but guess who goes with me in the hospital for my treatments (Chemo, radiation, etc.)? Yes, it's my Mom. Our Moms, no matter how old we are they will still treat us as their baby. Mom's support is everything. Be thankful that you have your family and friends to support you. I will include you in my daily rosary prayer, praying for your complete healing. Be strong. God bless you and your family always.

I'm 43 (had all my children by the time I was 23) have 3 children, 2 grandchildren and am a widow. My mother is almost 79. I still feel a special comfort having my mother with me when times are difficult. There's something about the love of a mother. My prayers are with you and your family.

I inadvertently came across your video, in all honesty I normally avoid videos like this because a lots been happening in family medically as well and I've been on system overload this past year. BUT something is drawing me towards your video's so I'll definitely be following your journey. My 30 yr old nephew was in a similar situation like yours. Persistent cough for months, x-ray showed tb but negative in sputum. The doctor suspected lung cancer because of lung masses and nodules. CT scan show metastatic. Then we sought second opinion. This time the doctor said its either tuberculosis or cancer. Second CT scan showed more likely a virus infection. Biopsy thru bronchoscopy resulted in pneumocytes but ordered repeat biopsy because it needs bigger specimen. But the doctor said its more likely a tb so he gave tb meds. So far we can see improvement. Imagine the trauma we went through when the first doctor said its cancer. We cried a lot and have anxiety attacks. I almost lose hope and asked God for a miracle. This happened in December. I'll pray for you nothing is impossible with God. I know you'll survive this.

Sadly cancer doesn't care who we are or whether it's visited before...6 years ago I fought and beat uterine cancer, it was a hard journey requiring two major surgeries and along recovery...I thoughts done 'my bit' and looked forward to a peaceful retirement, I'm 62...Then, a little while ago I was diagnosed with colorectal cancer...tomorrow I travel from my home on a small island off the coast of the UK to the mainland and All day Friday I shall be in theatre..my colon is going to be removed and a stoma bag fitted..my emotions are all over the place, I'm anxious, numb, sad, disappointed and angry...Unfortunately, I do not have a strong support network, so in that respect you are very lucky, but our medical staff are all wonderful, I'm very high risk for the operation but am in good hands. I empathise so much with you and wish you all the very best for a good and happy outcome...give us both the strength to beat this horrid disease once more...bless you 💖💖💖🇬🇧😢

You are right, cancer does not discriminate! Now with what I'm going through my second time, I do understand how anxious, numb, sad, disappointed and angry you feel. You may think you don't have a support system, but maybe the medical staff can be that for you. My medical staff was the same and when I was alone, when visiting hours were over, they took over and they felt like a support system for me. I'm so happy you are in good hands, but let's stay strong to be this disease. I wish you Lynn all the best and more blessings during this rough patch in our lives. Hi Hansen. It's really Sad and devastating for you and your mother. Only thing you can do is confront it and try to stay strong. In London one young lady youtuber "Tiffanythinks" also has Cancer. Watch her you will get inspiration frim her. She has STRONG MOTHER. Hope your mother stay strong.
