I was diagnosed with colon cancer at the age of 17 and i was the talk of the hospital because i was was the youngest they had seen at the time and never heard of a patient that was so young having colon cancer and the only patient education my doctor gave me was eat lots of fiber. Also i was never sent to a nutritionst/dietician. So i struggled for years just to stay alive trying to find things to work for me because i had no money so i just ate whatever i could to stay alive and then i would suffer the pain afterwards and it is so horrible the bathroom trips the cramping feeling like i want to passout break out in sweats all that but seem to still keep pushing. I know this is a long story but i just want some help to led me in the right direction for some help i been asking my regular physician to send me to a nutritionist / dietitian but i can't afford that i draw disability and only get Medicaid. So please if anyone could help direct me in where to get some help i would greatly appreciate it 🙏🏼 & Much ❤ & stay blessed.

Something never discussed, at least as far as I’ve seen, is what radiation does to the organs around the radiated target. It shrinks and/or damages the surrounding tissue thereby changing how food is processed or digested. A diet higher in fruits and veggies is harder to digest after the treatment. At least that’s been my experience. Higher glycemic-load foods are actually easier to digest. One can create smoothies with fruits and veggies, but it doesn’t seem to make a difference. I’m just mentioning this because no one seems to talk about the after effects of radiation on the digestion and the challenges those effects bring.

@PlayMusic after my cancer treatment, my doctors recommended softer foods, like potatoes and rice, which have a high-glycemic load. I didn't want to eat these things for the reason you mentioned. My understanding is that they contrive to cancer. That being said, they're much easier to digest than things with high fiber. It's hard to know how to eat and maintain health after cancer treatment. At least it has been fir me. I don't see people dealing with the contradiction of carbs/sugars contributing to cancer and reality that those are the easiest foods to digest. The don't scrape your body and cause bleeding on the way out. This is my experience.

@PlayMusic sure, I believe mindset is part of the cure. I have not heard of the protocol you mentioned, nor have I tried CBD oil or hard-core juicing. I'll consider these ideas.

Hyperinsulinimia promotes growth of cancer cells, yes that is absolutely true. What worries me is the recommendation of whole grains and fruits in the diet, which spike sugar in the blood and triggers release of insuline

When she explained my entire epidemiology class in 30 seconds lol. This would’ve been useful a couple years ago. Thank you so much for the info! 💗

Everything talked about in this analysis has to do who hyperinsulinemia, the root cause of all of the symptomatic things presented. It's the root cause of obesity/body fat, high bmi, inflammation, growth factors, etc. It's not a fluke that a lot of people in the Western world are insulin resistant and they don't even know it, and cancer is rampant, not to mention type 2 diabetes, metabolic syndrome, hypertension, atherosclerosis, etc.

this video statistics are 12 years out of date. that's the problem with cancer studies and why you shouldn't peruse the internet wondering what you're chances are.

Great way to explain the top cancer fighting foods. Nutrition therapy plans a key role in fighting disease by boosting gut health and immune system. Did you know around 80% of immune cells are present in the gut? Including cancer fighting foods to our diet everyday is a great way to lower the risk of cancer. I made a video on the Top 12 cancer fighting food groups that you can include in your diet everyday.

@2min - she combined colon cancer death percentages for men and women. Can't do that. You can average, for about 8.5% of all deaths, but not sum to 17%. Each column, men and women, adds to 100%

With all the chemicals they put in the food that we eat> my theory, we're not exactly eating healthy any more but digesting those exact chemicals!😢

Hey y'all this video is about cancer, I just wanted to share though: heart disease is the number one killer in our country, and it is photographically proved via angiogram that we can reverse this, with plant exclusive eating. This is the only way, be it eating eggs and fish with plants, surgery, or pharmakia, plant exclusive is the only way shown so far. Works for diabetes too, and there are studies that show prevention of cancer for sure, but even reversal is possible.

I'm aware of that, but any education on a healthy way to stay alive should be appreciated!> My family has had Cancer, diabetes, heart attacks and we're all victims to our genetic history and we need to pass on the education to our children!

Most of these diets are very bad to the body, some are outright dangerous. For me, only Agoge diet showed good results and was easy to follow.

This one is a fraud as cancer uses glucose, so the most important thing to do is to limit Carbohydrates. So who pays her?

its because of low stomach acid .... increase stomach acid. We drink coke cola and products that lower stomach acid hense why we have heart burns etc.
