Jackie Calleja You're fab too Jackie. We don't know what people are going though often and I think even a small complement to a stranger may make a lot of difference in someone's day. If we like someone's shoes, jacket or hairstyle we should tell them. It's definitely made a difference to my day if I'm feeling rubbish and someone says something nice about someting I've got on, etc.

Masterblaster32 you must be in pain, from the videos on pain that you show on your channel. I want to tell you if that is true, you can't give up but find out the cause, so you can help others who are in pain. I really hate pain myself.. and have tried Christian Science which has worked to stop several painful problems. Because just doing the natural healthy route may not always work. But I still try to keep in touch with what causes pain... I found out recently that taking Vitamin D3 helped to cause me pain and when I quit taking it, I had residual pain for a week and then it left me. Now I try to go completely natural and not use supplements because of the problem I had with Vitamin D. But I do sit with direct sunshine on my skin as often as possible because the true and natural form of Vitamin D, is revitalizing and energizing. I also drink natural juices especially leafy green drinks which are said to take calcium deposits out of the places they don't belong which hurt, such as fingers which seem to be the first place for Calcium deposits to land in the little joints there. It hurt for me to shake hands with people. But eating more raw veggies and fruits is a great way to help your body along with moderate amounts of cooked veggies, broiled fish with the skin on, and chicken also [and raised naturally if at all possible without hormones or antibiotics, etc] fresh eggs from free roaming hens. And keep researching on You Tube for people who've overcome pain. God loves you and wants you to feel good so you can help and love others. You may also remember you are the image and likeness of God, (Genesis Chapter One) meaning you are really non-material despite appearances... which happens to be a revolutionary shocking finding of the founders of the hard science of Quantum Physics. Max Planck wrote a wonderful piece on this subject, which ended with "there is no matter as such". So praying for you means knowing you are non material/or a spiritual being with "dominion" (Genesis Chapter One) over the problems, the pain, and the challenges of this earth. Shit doesn't always have to be deep or really personal. If being told these things makes these people feel better, what's the harm in that?

Hi Lei. No, I understand it very well. Depression is objectively (if it exists at all) a very minor issue, compared to most physical conditions. I have suffered from sinus inflammation, and general inflammation of my airways, for several years. This has made my life hell, and it is grossly insulting when people complain about "depression". Try living in perpetual suffocation. It is FAR worse than being sad and depressed. Furthermore, I have met many people who claim to have "depression", and they are evidently not depressed at all. They claim to have depression so as to manipulate other people and garner affection. But they don't actually have the issue with depression that they claim to have. I hope you understand. Peace.

Depression isn’t just being “down in the dumps”. For some people, it can mean they feel the world is better off without them. Perspective doesn’t matter for them because they can’t look around when they are so deep in their own head. Some isolate themselves to their homes and try to alleviate their dark thoughts with drugs or obsessive behavior. It isn’t an “entitlement” or “selfish” illness. It is a very personal and raw condition. Your perspective shouldn’t be devalued by any means, but to claim that “they should look around and suck it up” shows your limited familiarity with the true condition of depression.

A troll looking for attention is a sad thing. You know damn well depression is real. You're obviously bored and without friends so you wrote this in order for people to message you and give you attention, be it good or bad, which in a way is very sad, just like liking your own comment after writing something nasty on such a beautiful video.
