I made a complaint on railway helpline, and in 30 mins the issue resolved and now what happens they need otp to close the complaint and if you are not satisfied you simply won't give otp. That's how indian railways is changing and we should appreciate it

Yaa but there should not be a problem at the first place naa, that is the issue. Government is doing the work at it's best but the staff is the problem. I think there is need of strict action against these staff members. Problem should not occur at the first place. How many times we will complaint and then the problem will be solved? And how will someone solve a problem if they doesn't know about this facility. Or foreigners who are travelling in Indian trains.... They will take back the bad image.

I was traveling in 2AC from Hwh to Jaipur and the the toilet was filthy. i asked the attendants numerous times to clean it but they just said, 'yes sir yes sir' but never cleaned it i went to the rail help line, clicked 2 pictures and filed an online complaint. Within 5 mins the attendant with cleaners came and cleaned the toilets, asked me to mark the complaint resolved on the app and i also got a call from the dept if my problem was solved Technology solution is a boon

you should go to Udaipur once and see the swords, each sword is 1.79 kg each.. This does not in any way lessen Maharana's valour, he didnt need to have weighted swords in the battefield. You know there are proofs of research found where metallurgists and blacksmiths were trying to find how to decrease the weight of the sword, the lighter the sword the easy it is to handle, the longer the warrior can wield it without getting tired. The reason behind all these myths is that these warriors have done tasks so great, so impossible for the normal person, that you cannot believe how a normal person like us can do such things, such was their greatness, only when you say he used to carry 25 kg swords and such, only then people would like yeah he was superpowerful that is why he could do it and hide behind their own incompetence, all of the great warriors of old, we people like us. Maharana may be using some 25 kg mudgal for exercise, that may be possible, but not a sword

I was coming back from Udhampur to Delhi and the toilets were filthy. I tweeted about it and within 10 mins we got a call back from them and immediate action was taken. Even the attendant and cleaners told us to check and confirm. That's how efficient the railway ministry is, but yes it's the staff who's lazy and have a laid back attitude. And btw I have only 100-200 followers on Twitter and still my complaint was taken very seriously. That's new India. Jai Hind!

13:09 I'm from Sarai Rohilla and it's bad as you guys are portraying it to be. The railway station just recently started getting trains(since 7-8 years), it used to be an inactive station before,. that's the reason you see these issues. The residential area is 1-1.5km away from the station and is a good society to live in.

Main reason for rajputs to loose was - infighting while Muslim armies were united + Rajputs used elephant MORE while turks used Horses, turks used saddle but rajputs didn't + many social factors like rajputs use to take whole cavalry including women in battle.

I was traveling from madurai to secunderabad, i had issue in train as i was not getting hot water for 7 months kid. There was no pantry in 24hr train. I tagged rail min and it got resolved in 40 min. You don't need 20k followers for that. But the noise would definitely be high if you have huge fan base.

It will happen. Telangana will contribute atleast 6 seats more than last time. I feel every time in every discussion Telangana is the least state that is discussed. People talk about Karnataka Tamil Nadu but Telangana Bjp is growing very organically and steadily. Last we won 4 seats where everyone expected 1. Kudos to Amit shah the candidates this time are very good. Out of 17 Bjp will get atleast 10 for sure. No surprise if they get 12 also. Check out this and after results reply me back.

Last year I was traveling on the HIMSAGAR train from Kanyakumari to Jammu, I had terrible experience in 2AC with cleanliness and maintenance. If they want to tourist use Indian train, the Indian railway system must pay more attention to train cleanliness and maintenance.

Beside all the political sides of these podcasts with shyam, abhijeet and kushal.... the best and i feel unique aspect of their podcast is, that this i feel is the only podcast in india that covers so many wide parts of internet culture in general, and yes... the political scene, but manage to do all this!!! While still feeling soo much like just, genuine friends hanging out! It educates us, sure! But i really want to point out the... genuine bromance and chaddi buddi chemistry they share!!!😊😊😂😂😊😊 ❤❤❤ so nice! So entertaining, so educating.. bravo! Similar issue different context, I stay at Chembur. In my area, potholes got cleaned but the debris was lying there beside the pothole. I waited for a couple of days, yesterday I complained to the BMC helpline whatsapp number, they use a nice chatbot, and registered the complaint yesterday i.e. 21st May 2024 & the next morning by the time I had to leave for office it was cleaned. I think with such a big population and complex issues its our job as citizen to use these very simple tools and let the people in power know about our real issues in our communities. If they don't get resolved, make sure you are heard using SM.
