This is one of my favorite series on RU-vid! Thanks for doing these, I learned about this kind of game from you and they have been a fun way to keep myself busy during these times.

This is probably my favourite LRR series of all time and I make no apologies for it. Hopefully the next book will give Adam more shenanigans to play off, but this is still good too.

The silver lining of this whole mess is more game books with Adam!

I really enjoyed this video, mainly because CoT is one of my favourite FF books. Completely agree that some of storytelling is daft and the linear nature of the story means there's a single path - taken at face value, it's not brilliant. What made the book - and I am so glad you showed some of it - was the original artwork. Iain McCaig's drawings are far above any other in the series, and the new editions really were quite poor. Coupled with some of the really old FF books (Titan, Out of the Pit and Blacksand!) - the world building done on Port Blacksand made it a really interesting place to visit. It's inspired me to create a D&D campaign based in it - and on this story... there's heaps of material and maps already out there and its a heck of a lot of fun to develop. Thanks for the video, really made me chuckle.

Hey - This was my favourite FF Book back when it was new (though "Citadel of Chaos" and the Sorcery! series came close)! Hint: you don't need the Black Pearls.
