When I was 21 I was a very keen pool player. One Thursday evening someone from the darts team came over and said “You’re in the darts team! We’re one player short and if you don’t play we’ll forfeit the match”. I played my singles game and lost, but we were even scores and it all came down to a final game of doubles - and I was in it! The other team were on 32 and I was left with 120. I could see the dejected look on the faces of my team as I walked up. In quick succession I hit 20, 60, double tops!! They tried to get me into the darts team for months, but I stuck with pool.

@@XMan-tu4iu Nice job! I played pool a lot before I became a darter. I still prefer darts though.

They are the one of the top 4 in the tournament, hence they are in the second round.

Touched upon this in the last tournament whistling when a important darts are being thrown sad really

It’s the big stage, crowd should be the last thing on the players minds, throwing under pressure separates champions from the rest of them

Taiwan is not allowed to enter a comp. as such if China is also present, hence Chinese Taipei.

We really haven't sent our best in years. Idk why Lauby keeps getting the spot year after year, Jules is alright but too inconsistent. Should've been Spellman and Gates but from what I hear Gates isn't very popular in the US darts community.
