Trudeau has adopted lofty immigration goals from unelected Lobbyist friends (Domenic Barton, Century Initiative) and has driven housing prices up so high that we have a REAL crisis here in Canada. In 8 years we have seen Housing and rental prices double, directly due to 8 years of Liberal unbalanced budgets, and massive immigration we just don't have the infrastructure to handle. Homelessness is running rampant as a result, and our current $1.3 trillion debt is costing Canadians more in interest than they pay for military and health care expenses. NO ONE can look at these numbers and say Canada is doing well, by ANY metric. Conservatives have WON the popular vote in the last 2 elections, but because YOU, Jagmeet Singh, are propping up the Liberal party through all of this, the MAJORITY of Canadians that voted Conservative have almost no say in forming policy that governs their lives. This is 100% on YOU. The majority of money in the economy is created by commercial banks when they extend new loans, such as mortgages. So printing money isn't one of them!
@@cdncrooner1 You must be assuming that I have some sort of party loyalty. In fact this is the first time I have ever wanted a conservative government. Mulroney ran up debt just like Trudeau has. I have a lot of respect for Jean Chretien, he was a good leader and fiscally responsible. Party loyalty is a real problem in politics, it blinds many voters to the right and wrong of individual issues. I voted for Trudeau in 2015 because he promised electoral reform, balanced budgets in 2 years and legal weed. I am glad he delivered on one promise, but the other 2 promises he broke, I felt pretty strongly about. I appreciate he held the OAS to 65 years old, but much of the other things he has done, mass immigration beyond what our infrastructure can handle, investing in green policies that won't really help the planet, softer on criminals, these things I am not a fan of.
