Why did Goenitz's voice change in KOF2002 and so on? His original voice from KOF96 and KOF98UM fit him just fine.

It's a color edit. PS2 version allows you to change colors for characters.

did you set AI difficulty to hard or normal? if hard then it's a bit disappointed that they're weaker than arcade mode bosses. XP

This is on normal. They aren't supposed to be 'bosses' in this game here. There's also the issue of their AI being dumb for some reason.
