That's how this form of debating works. One side talks, then the other. You wouldn't give way to the other side as you are presenting your own views. p.s. Boris also only gives way to his bench.

How I'd Improve that’s just not true. It’s evidently house etiquette and precedent to give way whilst you have the floor. Boris always alternates between both benches as does everyone else. Corbyn however only ever gives way to ‘the opposition’ benches. It’s not even a debate, it’s just a factual observation.

Why shouldn't the voting age drop. The points bin raised before and aren't the younger generation most affected by Brexit thus should have a larger say in the debate.

The younger generations are always going to be more effected. A lot more young people are paying a lot more attention to polotics, why d shouldnt they have the right to vote??

@Bryan just because it has happened before doesn't mean it cant happen again, so no, you need to say more? And a broader question, what is special about 18 that people are allowed to vote? You can drive at 17 so shouldn't you bee allowed to have a say in road safety laws. If you are older than 10, you can be sent to court so shouldn't they have a right to vote on the laws which they're being punished by. Until you are 21, your brain isn't fully matured so don't you have equal reasoning skills to a 30 year old, so why should a 16 or 18 year old get a vote. Do you see, there are multiple factors which come into play for the voting age and thus this should be a topic we can discus without insults for ever side.

That is not a valid time to be considered to have any experience in the jobs market, paying rent, paying taxes etc. Same could be said for 18, but at 18 you are legally emancipated so you can live a free adult and your parents are not responsible for you.

Out of all the countries in the world, only three have full control of there laws. Anyhow, many problems with not controlling our laws are exaggerated: immergration - half is from outside the EU which we have full control over, EU army - we would just Vito the idea and there will be no EU army, trade deals - we can make trade deals with America but we have to do it through the EU which would put us in a better position as the EU have more power thus can get a better deal.
