Seeing you make so much progress compared to last years season is amazing to see and insanely inspiring. Had the one hour video on repeat almost like a podcast running while work the whole week. Gives me so much energy and motivation to train to my maximum. Keep it up 💪

Interested to know if your Olympic champion status is affecting you in those comps: more pressure, different pressure, great confidence booster, all the above?
I don’t feel so different, I thought I would feel way more pressure but right now I’m just really enjoying the competitions as they feel like they have way less pressure compared to the Olympics.
@@TobyClimbing That's great to hear. I may be totally wrong, but it felt like winning Tokyo for Gines-Lopez had a detrimental effect on his comps afterwards, despite his good run going into Paris 24. Anyway, keep it up, fresh start next season and hope you can carry that positive handling of pressure. Pressure is in the tyres, as they say.
It’s a shame the comp wasn’t transmitted in Europe tho I was really looking forward to watching it at the time, as always congrats man and see you next season🙌
Adam Ondra said the fist jam was too easy 🤮but I agree with him they should use more crack style boulders, it's an additional skill set and adds to the types of problems we see
I was wondering about your comment about how chewed up people get on rough holds like the first hand-jamb climb. My brother got a fairly serious knee infection from a slight scrape on a rough hold and was on antibiotics every four hours for a couple of days. What do you and other climbers do to try to avoid skin infections?
Do you ever have the desire/motivation, or indeed the opportunity given by the organisers, to try the boulders you failed to top in a world cup final? Just to nail that particular movement....
