UPDATE: Unfortunately like the generation before it, you still can't use transparency mode when only using one earbud, also there's no more wear detection sensor (I barely use it last time as well) Trying my best to be back at 2 uploads per week 💪🏻 let me know what do you want to see in the full reviews!
Thank you for this upload though it came too late for me because I have already bought the FIIL T2 Pro. I've been waiting for an in depth comparison between the two and there's a dearth of articles on the matter on the whole wide web. Nice thing that you dived in.
Just adding a comment on the mic test since no one has done that yet. I think I like the result from the Free Pro 2 better as your voice sounded more natural as your usual self but from the T2 Pro, your voice sounded a bit altered (kind of like metallic?)
I loved the original Earfun Free Pro, they were my daily 'beaters' for months and when the EFP2 came out I quickly ordered them. The case got smaller and the ANC and Transparency greatly improved, but other than that, they are the same as the originals, which isnt a bad thing at all. I think that if you already have the originals, and you dont care about ANC, then I wouldn't recommend these. But for me they are awesome
I enjoyed the original but lost the case, and Earfun wouldn't sell me just a new case, plus the price at the time was more expensive than what I had purchased on Black Friday. My main gripe was the ambient mode was pretty bad and ANC did badly for commuting (but worked great for my indoor setting).
@@omegavladosovich6757 i find ambient mode pretty good. It does not enchance my hearing to Supernatural levels but only makes it like i don't wear earbuds.
@@mindaugas1906 it works for conversations, but not for playing pianos while listening to music. The audio clips and distorts when the sound is too loud. I haven't had this problem with other earbuds with transparency modes, though some will try to decrease the volume due to loud noises (Samsung Galaxy Buds+) or temporarily shut off the feed (TaoTronics SoundLiberty 94).
Thank for your first view. I do own earfun free pro one and two. My opinion: i Do like the Sound of number one more because of: wider Soundstage and better separation, deeper Bass, (but for Jazz to much Bass and some distorsion), finer hights. Longer battery life Cons: worse fit in May ears (longer?), worse noise cancelling. The two Sounds a little boring, Nothing special
I noticed the mics on the Earfun Free Pro (first version) is better than EFF Pro 2, especially in noisy environments. Would love to see that comparison when you do the full review. Thanks for all your hard work!
I have the Earfun Free Pro 2s tuned with Oluv's settings and they sound more refined than the more expensive buds I own (AirPod Pro, Beats Fit Pro, and Liberty 3 Pro). I had the Sony XM4s, but they didn't fit the best and they sounded muddy no matter how I messed with the EQ, so I returned them. I don't use the Earfuns with ANC. That's what the Apple and Beats are for. Currently trying to find the best tune for the 3 Pros, so if anyone has any suggestions, please share. Look up Oluv, too. He has some great suggestions for tuning certain brands although he has collaborated more with Earfun it seems.
Good move to replace Sony xm4. Mine got battery issue on the right, i think. Only less than 1 hour usage. Had ordered final audio ze3000 without ANC to replace it.
selamat pagi KT! (malam) haha, thank you soo much for your video!! loving it! oh yes, I lost my charging case, so was wondering, is there any case compatible with the earfun free pro 2? also, is it able to charge with the t2,t1 and/or the previous version?
Fill t1 pro vs fill t1 lite vs fill t2 pro vs earfun free pro 2? What should I buy? And is this better on your list last December 2021? Answer pleaseeee
I have both get both but to answer your question the earfuns they are louder more bass but the mics on the elite 3's are no joke nobody ever says huh what you say !
i still cant choose between the two. gonna use for old phones (oneplus 6, samsung s9+). and for MS teams (laptop). based on thr video, i think the free pro 2 has better mic? im a bit hesitant to the cheaper t2 pro because it has an app. the more expensive free pro 2 doesnt havr an app and is good to go right out of the box?
There seems to be a big problem with the FIIL T2 Pro. Only one seller was offering them on AliExpress and ordered a pair and have just received them and inside the box was EARFUN instead .. wtf is going on? They're not available from any seller now so they must have had a big problem. FIIL T2 Pro on the box EARFUN inside the box 🤔
Was thinking of buying Earfun Air Pro 3. Currently have the 2 and they're great but they fall out now and again when I'm working out so not sure if I should give these shaped earbuds a try and if they would stay in my ears much better than the normal shaped earphones.
Hi Sir Kenneth Tanaka, Hope you are doing well, Is it possible to charge fiil t2 pro buds on fiil t1 pro charging case? I Have lost my fiil t2 pro case,
No ambient sound with only one earbud is dissapointing. As i use one earbud at work. Which other earbuds has this feature? Got old version of earfun and anc is so so, cancels low freq decently and high freq almost nothing, but mainly gone for first because of way better battery and most saying it had better sound.
Sorry Mike for the lack of updates on these, they're an excellent pair still but compared to the T1 Pro these are more bassy with similar amount of detail and sound staging. The main selling point now is the much improved ANC although transparency mode, not sure if I can call it an improvement haha
Nice review always watching your vids! But a random question is it good to have a good sounding earbuds that only support ACC or a 3 year old earbud with ldac support? (Choosing between the T1lite and 1more triple driver bt from 2018) I'm using android.
Is the charging case of Fiil t2 pro is same in size with EarFun Free Pro 2's case because I want to buy Fiil t2 pro's silicone protictive case to my Free Pro 2
I've had the first model Free Pro and unfortunately lost one of the buds. im currently thinking about getting the Free Pro 2. Do you know, if its possible to charge the new model in the old case?
Unfortunately, I bought the Earfun Free Pro model - Oluv's edition and found that they were garbage. So since then I have a reluctance even from the name Earfun Free Pro.
Likely that edition you go does not match your ear canal frequency. You can use the AirReps to change the setting to you ear canal resonance. I'm wondering if with Fiil T2 Pro having an App whether AirReps can be used to tune it at all.
I have the T1 pro and I'm just wondering where I could purchase a new set of rubber bands. As they do stretch and degrade over time in my use. I've been searching high and low and haven't been able to find one.
I wanna see a video comparison of the soundpeats mini pro and the ear fun 2 cnt find any where ..but I did see a video of the t2 and mininpro and like the mini pro better so if the t2 beats the ear fun 2 on here then it's the mini pro for me as I like the mini pro over iys brother the T2 and T3
kenneth i thought maybe you could help me somehow. around 2 months ago i bought the fiil t1 lite based on your reviews and i really liked it but after about a month it started registering input randomly for example sometimes it skips songs and sometimes it messes with the volume and sometimes voice assistant. when this happens i dont touch the touch pad area. i tried factory resetting through the app and it still does that. do you have any idea on how to fix it?
What I meant is nowadays you have quite some other options to choose from (Haylou W1, Redmi Buds 3 Pro, etc.), not necessarily the same feature set because these are still very unique in the category of very compact and fully featured TWS, but stay tuned I’m working on something that became my favorite in this exact area 👀
@@namedkenn I’m waiting for your favorite! Susyah sekali nyari edifier neobuds pro yang ga preorder sebulanan. Kira2 rekomendasi nya apa ya selain itu?
I've a quick question, can i disable the Fiil's touch button with the app? I have sweaty fingers so it is important for me to disable the touch screen when listening to music to avoid accidental touches.
hey guys, need a bit of help. Ive been enjoying my fiil t2 pros but my left earbud is suddenly making loud booming noises when ANC is turned on. I have no idea what to do and it just wont go away despite factory resets on the app or turning ANC on and off again. anyone have any ideas?
Udah hampir 2 tahun pakai t1xs buat bareng sama sennheiser momentum, n elite 75t, kemarin beli earfun free pro 2, ternyata ga lebih bagus dari t1xs, sub emang lebih berasa, tapi mid sama vocal berasa jauh kecil banget dibanding t1xs, digedein volume sampe 80% tetep aja suara vocal terasa jauh dan lebih kecil, yg ada malah bass sama treble yg nusuk pas volume diatas 70%, langsung jual lagi 😓 I wish fiil make a t1xs successor, same mid and high sound, but add a little more sub, better call quality 😓
My ears got used to them in about two month, now they don't hurt anymore (Fiil T1 Pro) Ken always change the earbuds for testing, so of course his ears won't get used to that shape
Which is a good replacement for this? With wing tips and everything for a uS version of the fiil t2 pro because I can't sadly get that one, and I don't want to change the sound signature from fiil to earfun
To be honest I’ve tested not much earbuds with wingtips, but the one that comes to mind is the Soundcore Liberty 3 Pro Amazing earbuds to this date, a serious upgrade over these in all aspects but you’ll have to spend more (although price has been discounted a lot since launch) Check out my review here ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-oaVKst9of2U.html
@@namedkenn they do look pretty and is their bass balance like the fiil? The wing tips seem like the bose sport buds, ot seems interesting, are they just a tad bigger than fiil? Or go inside deeper in to the eat cannal? Because if not I might buy these when they go on sell again and thanks for the recommendation ^_^
Do you have any issue in the left earbud of fill t2 pro? When I turning on the ANC and windy mode, there's a windy sound in the left earbud, so disappointed, please help
When you’re using it outside and the wind’s blowing at you right? Well these are like sub $70 earbuds and they have limitations Wind noise reduction is for now reserved for the best of the best out there, and even then the implementation is still a bit unintuitive
@@namedkenn even I'm in the silent room, whenever I turn on the ANC or windy mode, There's a windy sound in the left earbud, I think, I got a defected unit
Bro i have a problem can you please help me, i just want to know which airpod I should use for gaming so i can get low latency, I have iPhone xr thats why i am a lot confused 🤔
Hi Ken, I just bought the FIIL T2 Pro. It has been two days since I first used it. It's an amazing earbuds. Of the eight earbuds I have right now (Neobuds pro, Soundpeats H1 Premium, etc) the T2 seems to attract my fancy however it has this annoying issue. The left earbud drains so fast from 100% to 30% in just 20 minutes while the right buds remains at 100%. Does anybody has a clue what could be the problem? Note: The FIIL app says "update the charge box battery level" but I have no clue how and what it means. I explored the app and could not find any help. The FIIL support site is also of no use since it's Chinese.
@@namedkenn well I purchased 2 pairs T13. I must say I really more like QCY T2C (QS2) I have it for 2 years and still rocks. T13 feels like uncomfy with stem, also connection is poor compared to QS2 very poor. Not even 1 wall could not handle. QS2 2 walls perfectly. Only T13 have clearer sound and better battery life (buds only)
@@krisdzons qs2 are still my go to buds. Not the brightest and sound abit muffled, lacking mids, but with wavelet app increased Max volume and added some more bass. Now they are loud and that bass rumbles. Will get earfun free pro on friday. Will compare how they stack up.
