Thank you for the no frills and practical review. I am in the market to replace my 12 year old Sure SE215s which has served me well for many years but now being on the second replacement cable am struggling with loose connections due to the wear in the female connectors. But one cannot complain, most cars don't don't last 12 years today so for these IEMs which I used for 2 hours per day is a real achievement. Since I am a FiiO user I am naturally looking at matching their IEMs to my X3 (2nd Gen) and based on your review, and others, the FH1 appeals to me since it has a warm bass which is a characteristic of the 215s. So iI have to chose between the F9 series and has even consider the latest FiiO FH5 but that is a big jump in price and I always try to get the best price / performance ratio in whatever I buy. Appreciate any inputs from all you wonderful people out there if this FH1 will tick that box? Thank you........

Thank you for the video, very informative and straight to the point. I just received my pair yesterday and already love them. I'm not an audiophile, but can appreciate all the intricacies of the art I would say. My only issue is with the SE cable. Trying to connect the left side into the cable was a bit harder than the right and there was no verbal/tactile click installing. Also when i move my head or gently tap the Apex of the cable it cuts out for a second. It's perfect if I sit still but I was planning on using these while moving around. Is this a defect in the driver or the cable? Should I get a replacement unit or just replace the SE cable? I've read in many Amazon reviews that it is a common issue. I also have the L26 adaptar coming in today to try out the balanced cables.

Hi, can you tell which buds are for enhanced bass and which for lower trebble? I am new in this just got my M9 and FH1 but my ears are not used to listen "all sounds range" like with these hi res devices, so for me there is too much trebble can you advice please.

I have many iems, and all sound great (like 1more triple, fiio ex1II), but after i got fh1 i realised that cold/bright/flat sound of other iem's is eventually too harsh for the ears. FH1 sounds just "bigger" and warmer. I prefer it a lot more... I would even say that its like middle sized speakers compared to small speakers, not just because of extended bass. Maybe because of its slightly bigger size. Btw 1more were my favourite iems until now:) They become tiny/flat sounding after you try fh1.
