Philippines has some crazy things to eat. Can your stomach handle the street food here? Come to the philippines to try. I ended up throwing up all night after filming this video.
OMG you are so brave trying all those street food just found you on Marks channel and was impressed so I try and look for your channel keep it up watching you from London UK and be careful thank you to your friend too
My Filipino roommate at my hostel here was telling me about "pagpag." It is recycled food from the garbage or landfill. They wash the meat from the garbage or landfill and then resell it. Be careful dude about street food. That is why I only eat at the indoor food courts, rather than street food.
Although granted Im not from the Philippines and have never been there - but at least from what I've seen: Everyone selling pagpag would definitely tell the customer it was pagpag if the customer is a foreigner. Ive even seen someone going just to try pagpag and the vendors not wanting to sell it to them.
Just found out about you on Marks “Every man has a story” you are killing it bro! Anyway, I have been going to PHL and living back and forth to my SoCal home for 9 years and my wife’s family home she inherited in Mindanao. One of the most informative things you said. “No wife, no kids, no pets, no mortgage, no responsibilities “ THIS IS THE SECRET! I ended up married to my Filipina after being together 4 years but I’m only 10 years away from retirement and intend to travel like you but have a nice vacation home in Philippines with all my bicycles, my gym and bike tools. I have a small room at my wife’s house that had built that works for now. I’ll be showing what I’ve done to that room on my next visit.
I ride a bicycle all around Palompon. We have a place on the north side . I always see them selling Balut on that corner late afternoon. You can rent a 3 bedroom townhouse there for 10k a month.
Just watched your chat w Every Man has a Story and admire your opennes. And she's right, most Pinoys will eat balut at night and after drinking alcohol.
I just saw that it made the news that "World Zoom" was arrested on April 3 in the Philippines and will be detained until he is deported back to the U.S.A.
I would say that it was the street food that made you throw up and not the balut. Balut is a seales egg, street food there is not so clean for foreingners...happened to me.
