This is great to get back into it for me. I was in martial arts back in my teens, had 4 years of fma, kali. Been out of it for 13 years, oddly in my 30s it’s like muscle memory when I have a stick in my hand again. Thank you for the videos, very helpful

you really love to hear youself talk dont u? its a beginer video show the drills and the rest comes later,so many of your videos is talk for a long time and then the the title of the video starts,boring.
