As a Atlanta United fan that lived in GA, I wasn’t surprised that he was Filipino. What surprised me the most is that he lived so closed to me when I lived in GA. But most importantly I was glad that Atlanta United highlighted his heritage. I’m hoping that one day he will play for the national team.

Hopefully you can play for the Philippines in the future...

It's so nice to see your channel. If you can somehow interview Alphonse Areola, the full Filipino goalie for West Ham in the Premier League, that would be awesome. Also see if you can somehow get David Alaba of Real Madrid, as his mom is Filipina - there are videos of him wearing the Philippines flag after matches with Real Madrid and Bayern Munich.

Alphonse Areola is from Pangasinan Province. His parents , both Filipino, moved to Paris when Alphonse was six years old. There, he grew up in Paris, played soccer , and is now the goalie for the French National team. I have no idea if he acknowledges his roots . Maybe you can interview him. I'll Subscribe and wait for the interview.
