Legendary Bulgarian accordionist who has composed many folk compositions.
He started playing the accordion from the age of 11, his first appearances are Sofia pubs and cafes. He grew up in a musical family - his father Lolo Naydenov has played the clarinet in the natives group.
His love of Bulgarian folk music and meeting with the music editor at BNR - George Boyadziev determine his path to a professional musician. In 1953 he made his first recordings with folk orchestra at Radio Sofia. Along with the record business, Ibro Lolov has extensively toured, traveled around the country, has toured abroad (the Balkans and Western Europe).
In its long creative career Ibro Lolov has won various awards and competitions (especially prices Laureate its title from the World Music Festival "Heart of the accordion", France, 1983). Furthermore Bulgarian folk music, Ibro Lolov perform Balkan (Serbian, Greek, Romanian) and gypsy music (his are some of the most popular gypsy songs in Bulgaria recorded Nikolai Gurdev - "Leno Magdalena", "A gee uncle", "Koshnicharka "and the hit instrumental dance - Sofia, Bridal maiden).
