Of all the pop songs of the 20th century, If You Leave Me Now is probably one of the few emblematic songs of our generation. This classical orchestration puts it in a different category today. Peter's voice is enhanced by Filippa Giordano's subtle and mesmerizing performance. Since this song was released, it has been on my all-time favorite playlists. The lyrics are profound and touch us in a very unique way. It is a feature of modern poetry. Few songs can lend themselves to this kind of interpretation. Thank you both for this exceptional moment.

My parents had a collection of vinyl records by various artists! I remember going through them as a kid just out of sheer curiosity! They had Peter Cetera’s first solo album Solitude/Solitaire and that was the first time I ever heard his voice! I remember being completely blown away; it was one of the most incredible voices I had ever heard! He is truly one of a kind and we’ll never experience a voice quite like his ever again! ❤❤❤

I have loved Peter's voice and the original version of this song since it came out, but this version is breathtakingly beautiful. They compliment each other so well, and she takes it up where Peter's voice can't go, and he warms the arrangement from start to finish. Well done!

He's always had that voice. I feel flattered that I actually share a Birthday with him. He and I were both born on September 13th. Exactly 40 years apart. He in Chicago, Illinois in 1944, & I in Denver, Colorado in 1984. I got to see him one time back in 2006 when I took my Grandma with me to see him with an Orchestra at the Beckett Theater Hall at the Denver Performing Arts Complex (DPAC). Well, it was my brother that drove me & Grandma to the Theater.
