Good morning Adriene and #YWA peeps. I’ve been having a hard few months and this morning I decided to fill my cup and it felt great! Yoga With Adriene I just set up a table and my iPad in our extended bedroom area and my intention is for me to get dedicated to doing this everyday. The biggest intention is to get my husband to do it. If you can recommend easy quick beginner sessions for the both of us to get started on I would be forever grateful! Just good morning stretches for him, gotta keep it simple for him at first. Ty!

My intention for the month is self-respect/self-love. I am in literal transition in my life and need to remind myself that I am in control of my changes and am worthy to receive good things. Thank you for this energetic wakeup call. It really set the mood!

I was diagnosed with MS about a year ago and was in a wheelchair for a couple months. I discovered your videos and started with low to the ground practices. Cut to today and I am standing on my own two feet in the star pose!! My body feels alive for the first time in a long time! Thank you so much for doing what you do. Namaste.

Since I began practicing yoga with Adriene, I have saved this particular session in a magic jar. I believe I return to this one every month when my mind and body ask me to take it slow. This yoga practice is filling my cup every time. Namaste ✨

Admire💝 - February 2024 Yoga to fill your cup🍵 I admire my bold, expansively beautiful soul. Feeling truly replenished and full of positive pranic energy. Each breath i allowed my soul song to expand and express myself, as my inhale brought in all of the loving kindness and light that i deserve and attract. *KISS - day 31/365:* I’ve decided to keep going after HOME and try to do a whole year of yoga because if I can do one month, I’m pretty sure I can do anything.😂 This was the perfect first practise after the end of my last journey, starting a new one with my cup FULL! Let’s do this together!👍🏻💕

I to also love your videos I lost a good amount of weight and gained a good amount of muscle just by doing beginners yoga YOUR Yoga. Imagine this a 564 lb man doing your beginners yoga exactly the way you're doing it for months on end then finding out he's down. 448 lbs I need to get back to it and keep Dropping

ADMIRE 💖 | February 28, 2024 | So happy to see this yummy practice on the calendar, it's been over a year. My intention was to build some warmth as it's a cold day here, and while this is not a fast flow with lots of vinyasas, there are still lots of opportunities to incorporate breath and strength. Mission accomplished! 🙏

Managed to do this one outside today, which feels especially great as my anxiety usually keeps me pretty much housebound. I was only in the back garden, but I still clearly remember not even being able to set a literal foot outside the door not that long ago. High time for my pasty little English self to get some sun ☀️❤

After some lighter days, this felt a little tough but doable. I had to baby my left knee which has some slight soreness today. I found the star pose interesting today. The feeling was quite enhanced. I had the sense that there was energy trying to flow from all four directions but each bottlenecked. Blossom day 11. 554 days in a row.

Blessed Beloved Beauties! Refresh Yoga Journey enhances daily. I've completed this session several times. So many things I love about this practice, the way we slowly filled out cup. Stacking the hips, elbow/shoulder/side stretch with hands clasped, Star pose. And anything with airplane arms is always good. Thank you Adriene! Peace and love.

I am a caregiver for the elderly and although I love my job, it is exhausting as I am constantly pouring myself out for others. Saving 20 minutes for myself in the morning is helping so much - I literally cry through this one at the peace I get to experience. Thanks for doing what you do!

Saw one of my daughters recently. Don't have opportunity to see her often, she gets mad at me a lot. We had a nice chat, and at one point she tells me she has started doing Yoga. Which blows my mind as she has always resisted Yoga with me growing up. She says, "I found this wonderful woman on RU-vid." I said, "Don't tell me it's Adriene!" With a big smile she nodded and told me how much she loves you. You gave me a small connection with my daughter! You are a gift!

I started on-line Yoga with Adriene when I turned 50 yrs and now its been 4.5 years doing Yoga practices daily morning and evening. I look forward to setting an intention to begin my day in meditation and moving my body in a quiet space before I do my list of chores. And I love ending my day with self care whole body and attending to some love to my legs and feet with elevating my legs positioned up the wall. Thank you Adriene for the July Calendar! I set the intention to embrace each posture and feeling. I could feel each muscle and bone (vertebrae and scapula) playing their part in this wholesome journey, as well as my blood rushing to the tip of my fingers and back to my heart in the starfish pose. I feel good!! Namaste beautiful souls.

I did join you on the mat for this practice today, so near the end of 2019, I needed to connect with you Adriene. My daily practice has been more difficult of late because of a minor strain injury, a senior yogi not taking care ! But as ever I need my daily fix and made it through. Our new HOME is going to mean a lot to me and my intention is to set aside my time to enjoy it. From my heart to yours 🧘🏼‍♀️🧘🏻‍♀️🙏💞

I really loved this one today. Feeling a whole lot of emotional drama in my life. Lot's of internal and external change in my life. I decided to "show up on the mat" though, because it's a simple thing to do and I know it helps. My intention was to believe in myself and that was really meaningful, because I'm in nursing school and sometimes I don't think I can do it. It felt really good to stretch my arms and legs outwards at the end to "fill my cup." I really needed that. Thanks again, Adrienne!

sasycasy2 Just came across your reply today. You can do it. Nursing school is hard, I also went to nursing school many years ago. Keep in mind your ultimate goal, imagine yourself as that strong nurse who will bring compassion and healing to sick people. A bit ago I finished graduate school. It was a 2-3 year program and it took me 5 years to finish. Many times I thought I wouldn’t make it. Again, YOU CAN DO IT!!

This practice felt like a true gift, I did majority of it with my eyes shut just because it felt right for me and I really felt every move, moving with my breath. This channel has changed my life! I’ve been practicing with Adriene just about everyday for 3 months and have told all my close friends and family they need to get on board! It’s a lifestyle and I’m so happy I found my way here! Practices like this make me a better person and the world a better place, thank you for this peace! ✌️

Thank you for all that you do. I’m sure you already know this, but just reiterating that you make SUCH a difference to the lives of so many. Through 2 rounds of covid, through watching so much death and trauma and pain in my day to day work in the ED, through some personal tragedies, spending 20 odd minutes with you on the mat never fails to help me heal. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

After reading some of these comments I feel so happy that the feelings I get from your videos are shared with a whole community. I moved to California to work for a year during Covid. I was 18 at the time and struggling with body positivity, and it is amazing what your videos did to my connection with body and self love. Feeling the breath is so powerful. THANK YOU!

Bursittis had almost sidelined my yoga practice---but thru Adriene favorites and chair yoga I feel I am getting back. Instead of stopping my practice-----I can playback Adriene at 75% (Yes Adriene has a very sultry voice at that speed) and I have been able to continue my yoga ractice. Thank you so much---you are a wonderful yoga guide.

I'm feeling not bad, in this livid December morning. Was wandering about the future and about the fact that when this video was realised I was in a very dark place. Still struggling, in a way, but back on my mat. A gentle reminder of a important concept: impermanence. Bless you 🙏

I woke up feeling cozy and calm with my sweet kitty purring under the covers next to me, and this was a lovely next move into the dark, early morning. I really enjoy this practice very much.
