Good day please nurse Abena after my graduation I worked only 7 months in the hospital and established my own medicine store where I sell drugs and treat minor ailments on out patient basis. I registered the business two years after the establishment and I have the registration certificate till date am managing the business. So how do I fill this in the nmbi employment form
