I made 2 sourdough artisan loaves and 2 sourdough sandwich loaves for this order. Both breads are easy as long as the dough is right (unlike mine).
Artisan Sourdough Loaf Ingredients:
-100g active starter
-375g warm filtered water
-500g flour
-12g salt
Bake at 500 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes then reduce heat to 450 degrees Fahrenheit and bake uncovered for another 20 min.
Soft Sourdough Sandwich Bread Ingredients:
*First Ferment (making a second starter):
-1 cup active starter
-1 cup warm filtered water
-1 1/2 cups flour
*Second Ferment (making the dough):
-2 tablespoons butter
-2 tablespoons honey
-1 1/2 cups milk
-5ish cups flour
1 tablespoon salt
Bake at 475 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 min.
