Today I'm trying to drawing moving subjects! Theyre in a video, and I can pause if I really have to. haha but its nice to pretend I can't. (most of the time) I'm drawing a bunch of pudgy adorable little raccoons and I'm excited to share with you the entire journey!

"Wanna draw some raccoons with me?" Yes, yes, a thousand times, yes!!! This reminds us so much of the sketchbooks we've seen in major studio animation internships, pages packed corner to corner with rapid drawings. This video seems casual and entertaining, but it seems so because of the artist's huge investment in practice. Now we need to go sketch for a while, excuse us!

Raccoons aren’t as gross as people make them out to be. I raised one from being abandoned baby. He was amazing. Better than a cat and dog

@@table.for_6 no one said they're gross but rabies isn't something to play with or take lightly. The animals are absolutely adorable but i genuinely hope he's thought about vaccinating himself or purchased edible animal rabies vaccines for the raccoons as well, or it won't end well.

I have tried multiple times to draw raccoons but something about their face structure is really hard for me to get. It's that extra fluff on their cheeks! Same goes for Foxes, Tigers and Bobcats specifically. Maybe one day I'll finally be able to conquer them, but that day is not today. I'll give it another shot tho! When I was younger, I saw a picture of a raccoon in an animal book and I just one day decided it was my favorite. When everyone would say that their favorite animals were cats or dogs or something along those lines, I would just be the person who said raccoon. This video reminds me of that, and it makes me feel that nice nostalgic feeling.

I've always wanted to be able to draw. Spend my days wishing and stressing about wanting to start, but never do it. So i watch other people do it better on RU-vid. But this was nice, seeing someone else struggling to create a drawing. It's a relief, somehow. I needed this. I know that in every aspect of life, challenge and difficulty are parts of the learning process. But with drawing I just cannot silence that part of my brain that says, "this is way too hard and looks stupid, just stop."

I just watched a short and they showed how their marker drawing bled through to the other page, and they used that to create an entirely new image from the marker blobs. I thought that was a cool idea for you to do! Even if it's just a challenge for yourself

I feed raccoons too 🤦🏻‍♀️. They are really sweet with me but sometimes nasty with each other. Once you start feeding them they tell all their friends and family then your done for 😂. Love so much watching you drawing raccoons 🦝! You really caught their essence. 🤗👏🏼
