I don't know where this is, but these guys are really slow workers. You got one in a front end loader that doesn't hardly know where he is, another guy in a dozer digging holes in the water. And as big as this project looks, they need about 4 more big dozers out there. The way it's going with just two guys pushing dirt, it will take at least a year to fill all of that area in.

What is the point of what they’re doing I just don’t get it why are these videos always about filling in bodies of water, you have to have somewhere where the water can go and mitigate flooding
