Hi RU-vid in this video I talk about & swatch the new 56 Miya Himi Jelly Gouache set that just came on Amazon not too long ago!
I was unaware of this when first purchasing the 56 set, but the 18 set we are used to seeing on RU-vid, most colors already come with the 56 set EXCEPT Ponceau, Jade Green, Pale Green, Grass Green, and White (56 comes with two Titanium Whites instead). On my swatch sheet I disclude the 2 whites and black and add the three greens from set 18 instead because I am OCD and need my all my greens all together haha. I noticed a color called Vermeil looks almost identical to Ponceau so I decided to have them share a cube to compare the two colors.
Also to come back and say, the new design of the top prevents air from getting in pretty well. After one night, the paints are creamy and moist. After one month of not using, the colors are slightly dried out so I reactivated them with a water spray bottle.
