I wonder how the creator managed to get the film running steady in a tight loop? Also, it looks like a 16 mm print chopped and spliced to 35mm film factor. The pulsing in the back ground seems to be the "flashing letters" repeated off screen where the optical sound head would be.
All the George Landow / Owen Land movies must be rediscovered and distributed to the WORLD ! Where is Wide Angle Saxon, now that we need it!!!! Thank you for posting.
