It was my seventh smoke this hour, and still no clues were twisting themselves out of their cages and morphing into lithe, spirited answers. Whisky spilled across my desk, mixing with the sweet smell of forgotten dreams. And sleeping every night in the smoked husk of lost innocence was me. They all called me “Miracle Forest,” though I wasn’t quite sure why. I collected sounds, sounds I heard once in a fleeting lifetime and gone in the wink of an eye. I prided myself on a job well done, but only a few seemed to get it. And they were soon to be in deep trouble.

The neon sign outside the window is everything.

You've really done it now! Film noir is one of my favorite things! I just love this ambiance! Gonna have to put a cigarette in my mouth (okay, it's a pencil, I don't smoke) and pour myself a big helping of scotch (just kidding, it's apple juice, I don't drink) and watch Double Indemnity or something.

This is my favorite so far.. the way you capture ambiences with such an ease is astounding. I want a 10 hour version of this it just hit the right spot for me. Keep up the amazing work!

And from now on, call me Mick." "Oh, thank you Mr, uh, Mick." she squealed, "You don't know how happy this makes me." "Sit down, sugar, pour yourself a drink. We've got all night to get to know each other. And you don't know how happy this'll make me!", I said as I removed my tie. That's when the phone rang. That's when it all started to go sideways. Who could've figured that she'd wind up dead, and I'd be sitting in a jail cell talking to you?

I told a dear online friend of mine that I had a dream that we were a case-closing duo, contracted out of a mobile base that I mainly drove (as well as the getaway driver for any vehicle, the weirder the better of course, one time it was a replica of "The A Team" van cuz Yugi said *we just have to*). Sometimes Uncle Sam or Uncle Trudy would need our unique skillset, on the DL, naturally. We'd go where no one can, or are willing to, go (an I don't just mean by location..). There's some things, some.. creatures (not what they are, but what we've called them since Man came to be) that the general population isn't quite ready to.. know about yet. I've thought about writing about this dream, what do y'all think? 🤔

Wow. 💕 the film noir vibes. Maybe this can be a film noir series. One of my fav film noirs is The Third Man.

As I walk down the street, a street without joy I pause to light a smoke. The breeze has a chill , I adjust my Fedora and pull up the collar on my over coat. It starts to rain and I make my way to my office. As I enter I toss my key on the desk and pour a glass of bourbon. Its 10:30 and the day was long , too long. I turn up the steam radiator to dry out my coat. The radio is on and I fall into my chair. I pour another half glass of bourbon and light another Camel. The day is over I thought or is it as I glance up at the photos and crime scenes on the wall. I light another smoke and pour over the crime scenes again hoping to find that one clue that will end this case.

December 16. 1952. 3 women were murdered. No clues to who the responsible is, yet. It is quiet troublesome. I am half buried between burned out cigars and whisky. My mind is numb. Two men tried to kill me after i buried their boss because of illegal fish tank transportation stuff. What a mess that was. I know the sound of the phone. It is the chieff. Complaining again. Hmp. Like if he was doing a good job anyways. I uderstand why his wife came to me last night. Oh Bubsy. What a woman. Anyways. Sometimes a man must ask to himself if the effort is worthed. But i bet it is.

There’s something in the air tonight, it’s not love, not joy, definitely not any happiness, none comes to New York. I’ve been on my eighth cigarette for the past two hours, I’ve been advised to quit but it eases the aching in my head. The press has been banging at my door and only stopped when it was time to go home, it’s not the usual press, something for an underground paper that probably can’t afford a business permit for the life of them. It’s been the fifth murder in the past two months, they’re all decapitations and they’re all gay men, probably why the press aren’t flocking at my office and I’m the only sliver of Law Enforcement on this case. It seems below me, but murder is murder, depravity is depravity and justice is justice. Even when I have to kill for it.

The book of Evil (Noir , Survival Horror , Sci-fi ,mystery ) Original Story by Me Jesus Gonzalez Day 1 it was a normal day for everyone but as for me well we heard a another Poor girl she was ( Age 25 year old girl ) killed ,not by gunshots or stab but we did found a bite mark . I have never heard someone dying by bite mark then again maybe the guy was into drugs day two I was told to go home and just take a relaxation I wanted to take over the investigation but I knew something was off but the police chief said you have to take a relaxation and the police chief said don't worry we have another detective taking control of the situation so I did I went to home outside of the city and the police chief said don't come back until we call you Day 20 I didn't feel very right to stay in my 🏡 so I decided to pull up my uniform and said what is going on with these people why hasn't the police chief call me so I decided to Go back to the 🌆 I decided to get some gasoline in the nearest ⛽ station but something was off normally at 12:00 p.m. they were very be one or three people getting gasoline but I heard it strange sounds inside the ⛽ station I heard glass breaking and kind of sound like they were fighting so I decided to get in there I took out my flashlight and checked out and suddenly I see a guy bleeding 🩸 out by his neck maybe it could have been a gunshot or a stab wound and I told him don't worry I'll be back and the guy who was injured pointed me back of the room of the gas station where they would hide food and snacks and so I did investigate I see a policeman fighting a guy but the guy overwhelmed the police officer the strangest thing I noticed he started eating flesh and it immediately killed the police officers I told stranger , get back❗get back❗ and I swear he did not look like a zombie he looked very normal so I decided to shoot in the head so I decided call backup but all I heard was glitchy and unstable sound my radio suddenly 1:30 p.m. there were 20 zombies and I couldn't stay here any longer it was so dark pitch night so I ran towards my car luckily the gasoline fill up my car and if it wasn't for my credit card for able to fill up this car I wouldn't get out so I head straight to my car and got out of there fast as I could Day 21 I just realized now what if I'm the only last person but I said don't think that don't think that and then send me like a miracle happen I get a radio call it reads: this is Dyson police station if you can read this we request backup immediately we are under attack by an unknown forces I repeat this is Dyson police station where question backup or even the military please window breaks background 🪟🧟‍♂️🔫😱 oh God please please gunshot background 🔫
