​@@StreetPreacherr Looks like they used a 'light rain' editing filter on those shots, but that would have covered the whole frame. If you look at another shot from that location where it wasn't raining (8:38, for example), the water still looks disturbed (probably because of the wind), that disturbance along with the damp tables / chairs must have been enough to make the light raindrops filter look believable.
