The nitpicking over "Mars Attacks" feels pretty dumb; I do understand why Abby was really annoyed with it.

Moot point. The score wasnt enough to get them through even if the answer passed.

It's not a moot point "Mars attack" is not the name and doesn't even really make grammatical sense unless Mars is being attacked itself.

Not to mention that Pointless is very consistent with their pluralization rule; just six episodes prior (S23E53), a couple was locked out of the final for answering "Marilyn Monroe Tower" instead of "Marilyn Monroe Towers"
