Filo dough/Borek/Pita
For dough:
Flour, water, salt and water. I never use measurements, and I always make a lot but you can add 2-3 cups of flour, salt and water until you form a dough. You want play-Doh like texture.Then you let it sit for 30 min, so gluten has time to work its magic.
For first filling I used mix of cottage cheese, farmer's cheese, 2-3 eggs and salt.
For second filling I used steak and stew meat. Cut it into small pieces and add diced onion. Add salt, pepper and little bit of oil. I use only olive oil and avocado oil in all of my recipes.
