I am now more curious than ever about how a spray booth works. I didn't even think about the kind of ventilation that is required! Brought here by Samcrac. That color matching and comparing technology you showed on the ZR1 panel is incredible! Would love to see more of that.
Some really good advice there Kandy Man it pays to keep your booth up to spec as it gives better cleaner paint jobs and can actually save money. I'm a DIY/Hobby painter but I still have a good but small booth which has the same inlet and extraction filters, what I use on my floor is the outdoor patio carpets, I used to have a rubber flooring but that used to get dirty and was hard to clean but since using the carpet my jobs come out cleaner and all I do is hoover the floor every few days, had the carpet in there for nearly a year now and it's still working fine with daily use👍John UK
I used to get mad as hell when the exhaust filters in the pit would get loaded up and the resulting turbulence would throw dirt on the sides of the car…😮
I believe we should be paid for this maintenance because it takes a lot of time to do it properly...a much hated process but extremely necessary!!! Along with all the other filters as well these of course being the most critical! I personally still use the DeVilbiss floor coat, but I too will be looking into the booth “carpet”
