So, here's mine- I was in 11th, and there was this boy I fell for at the first sight without realising (although I had an intuition that he'd be special in my life). He had had a recent breakup and I didn't know about it, I just wanted to know him more, and so I tried to befriend him. He's good at reading people and so he kind of had an idea that I might like him, and decided not to talk to me. But, he felt guilty about it and so he told me all about his ex and how he couldn't try anything new so soon (he was still healing). We then decided to be friends, he used to tell me whenever he was troubled about his ex, I was always with him, it was all so good until one day I confessed and I knew he would reject me, I just couldn't bottle it up anymore. He again stopped talking to me, I had a really bad time those two months (I have always been in love triangles and always had to step back.), I didn't really have friends, just two or three, and I thought he might hate me after all that. But he actually kept an eye on me, and kept checking if I really was fine, he was just letting me clear my head alone. Later on, when him and I both got over it, we became friends again, and still are. :D And I just hope y'all never have to face any of this kinda situation. :) Edit: For those asking how I moved on, letting it all out worked for me, I mean, he used to ask me to blame him for everything, he knew he hurt me, but I couldn't do it for a long time, then one day, when I felt it was no longer worth it, I told him how much he meant to me, how much I tried, everything... and it felt so better... moving on was much easier then cuz I had nothing weighing me down, making me feel burdened about it. Okay so I finally garnered the courage to write this. I one sidedly love someone from the past 9 years. And I can never walk up to him and confess. It is just me looking out of the window when I hear his voice or just hearing his voice. That’s it. It’s just once when we conversed since we were young (we used to play when we were young) and that too because he was playing badminton and the shuttlecock fell on my window. He asked me to give it back. And I replied with a single word, hmm. That’s it. And I still remember that day he spoke to me, one sentence, but still etched in me forever. I go to the park to swing, to rewind (apparently that’s the only physical activity I do to take a break lol) and the days he’s there, I stay a bit longer. I don’t know if he will ever consider me to be someone to walk life with. I don’t think he will. I don’t think he even guesses that I might like him. However, I shall continue to love him purely. I know this story sound too cringe to be true, but 🤷🏻‍♀️

I kind of had this relationship. I liked her, she saw me as a friend. On her birthday I wanted to propose to her. She too wanted to tell me something, we both sat together and I said ladies first. She told me 'i...I am getting engaged, please come for the engagement and I am the first one she is inviting'. Then she said now you tell...I said I am in tears of joy.

i used to like a guy back in 6th or 7th grade (around 5-6 years back, im in 12th now) and he was a really good friend of mine. I used to talk with him on a daily basis and we were almost inseparable. then one day i got called to the head and he was also there. I got nervous and found out that someone had sent him a note with my note on it saying i had liked him for years and a lot of nonsense that i couldve never even DREAMED of telling him... He didnt have the note otherwise they couldve crossed check with the handwriting and we wouldve found out who it was that wrote the letter. I remember leaving the room so shocked that i could hardly speak.. During dispersal that day I approached my friend to just ask how he was and with the intention of explaining myself. he quite literally screamed on my face.. he said he doesnt want to be friends with a creep like me, ever again. this happened in front of a huge crowd of people, and shattered my self confidence.. If i could ever go back in time, id hug myself in that spot, and comfort the younger me.. Strangely enough, that guy is now one of my best friends friend and has tried to make advances towards me. it hurts me how he thinks just coming back into my life like that, without remembering any of what happened those years ago. because of him my confidence had completely shatter back then, and now once ive built on myself again, hes made another appearance in my life. this is more of a rant than an unrequited love story, but i felt the need to share this. No matter who you are, if someone doesn't see your self worth, and leaves you at the drop of a hat, then they are not WORTH any of your time. Please don't make my mistake

in life you have two options: you either share how you feel and ruin your friendship or you share nothing and ruin yourself from the inside..... sometimes... you grow feelings for the person closest to you sometimes your best friend but as life is.. when you confess, you end up ruining your friendship, its not like that always tho, sometimes they work but most of the times, you just end up loosing a good friend, and its just best to move on and probably keep a distance now cuz after all that, even if you both agree to jut be friends, it wont be possible... its how life is guys.. :)

I just watched the previous one sided love story by filtercopy and was trying to find the differences between both the genders and their personalities in a one sided relationship with the opposite half. In the previous story where the guy liked the girl, he not only was annoyed at the girl for his feelings towards her but, he didn't even give their friendship a chance. The girl in this video however acknowledged the injustice she was doing to her friend by burduning him with her feelings and wanted to give their friendship a chance. It just shows how the guy inspite of knowing he might be rejected, lived in a fantasy and became so delusional that he couldn't accept any reality other than the one he fantasized about. Sorry to write such a long essay😅. I just found this observation interesting and felt like sharing it.

Well, yes Actually I have liked him for like a year but I never wanted to accept the fact that I liked him. About a year ago he was going to propose to my friend and asked if if he should and I said yes ofc I even helped him do it. Because, He looked so happy. He looked at her the way I look at him. Now they both have been dating for a year and half and we all have classes together. I am happy for them but it hurts like hell seeing them together everyday.

Actually for me it was completely different, i mean here the boy seems so understanding but what if the person you like turns out to be a bad one and just uses you? Same happened with me, i liked a boy but never wanted to confess it to him but he somehow got to know and asked me directly if i liked him. I was very embarrassed as i could neither say no nor yes. But surprisingly he said that he liked me and i was floating in a cloud of joy and told him abt my feelings. Then only a few days later i came to know that he liked someone else and he just lied to me to use me and keep me as an option, means when he was free, only then he used to talk to me and txt me. Later he suddenly stopped talking to me. Then after 1 month he came back with a proposal of beig his gf, i was so blindly in love with him that i again couldn't say him no and again after staying in a so called relationship he stopped talking to me, now we just meet at school and look at each other that's all we can do now. I was so stupid to trust him, now i only focus on my studies and not on these stupid stuffs anymore 😢

Okay guys, firstly I would like to thank filtercopy for making this damn relatable video and also asking people to write down their one-sided love stories. So I started my college in 2022. There was a Bihari guy who just used to come up to me to talk. I remember he also applied volini to my elbow when it got hurt. We went to nicco park with our friends and he took me in his arms. He asked me to hold his hand on a ride. I thought he was into me, I waited for him to propose me but then I noticed he was being very close to the CR of our class. That girl came to know about my feelings for him and asked me to propose him but I didn't because at that time he had even stopped looking at me, I knew what was going to happen. Now the two are in relationship and everyday I have to endure their intimacy and sounds of kisses. Everytime I just can't go out or ignore because they do this shit inside the class and that too everyday and everytime. Tbh, my entire life has been like this. Initially the guys give hints and then when I start falling for them, they shift to another person. I don't think I would ever be able to love someone again because I am now convinced that I would have to die single so I don't even want to date. Thank you to those who read this till the end.

As I was not good earlier but things changed after puberty . I also had childhood friend (can't tell) who told me that there is a girl who likes you.
